(Once again sorry it's been forever... I was in Las Vegas! Well anyway here you go.)

DALTONS POV!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked out of the hotel room leaving Ellie behind. I felt kind of bad about that, but I needed to do this. I went down to the front desk and used the phone on the counter to call a taxi. A few minutes later it arrived in the driveway. I got in the backseat.

"Where to young lad?" The Cab drive asked.

When he asked I realized I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted to go. I panic and gave him the address of the hangout that Ellie check for Alex at. I would've have him bring my directly to his house, but that might be weird so I knew that I could just walk from there.

It was a decent drive and when I got out of the car I paid the man. I waited for him to drive off before I started walking toward Alex's house. I noticed that the closer I got to his house the angrier I got. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, especially not Ellie.

Of course I know how she feels. I was cheated on last year actually, by an awful girl named Madison. She enjoyed playing with peoples feelings like they were her little toys. Unfortunately, I was blinded from that until it was too late. I couldn't help but playing that moment over and over again in my head. I kept thinking of how stupid I was. She kept canceling plans and ditching me, but I never even thought anything of it.

Soon enough I reached Alex's house, and the car that Ellie was looking for the other day was sitting in the driveway. There were no other cars, so I was assuming that he was home alone. I wasn't entirely sure why I was here. I mean I didn't see MY car in his driveway. That is what I came here for, but now that I'm actually here I think it was more so I could let him know he messed up. Big time.

Without another thought I banged my fist upon the front door a few times. I heard someone running down the stairs. Alex opened the door and looked at me and was very confused.

"Who are you?" He asked me. He was still some what looking at his phone. He appeared to be texting someone.

"Oh, wouldn't you like to know? Step inside Alex. I think it's time we had a chat"

He went inside the door. "How do you know my name?"

"Well I guess you never actually saw me did you? Maybe the back of my head would look familiar." I turned around for a moment. "You know, from when you were chasing after my car."

"You're the one who was with Ellie?" He laughed a little bit stilling looking down at his phone.

"Am."

"Excuse me?" He raised his eyebrows and tilted his head fully toward me and away from the phone. I yanked the phone from his hand.

"I AM the one with Ellie. YOU are the one who WAS with her."

He stood in silence for a moment before trying to defend himself. "In my defense-"

I cut him off. "What could you possibly say here that would be acceptable for your actions."

"Well I-"

"You know what? I don't even care. All that I came here to do is to let you know that you made the biggest mistake of your life."

"I know I was just bored."

"You were bored? My god you're a d*ck! Ellie is the most amazing, beautiful, and talented girl I've ever met. I was holding off and agreeing to be her best friend because of you. She was in love with you Alex. She pushed me in the friend zone every day since she moved. She would always talk about you, and your adventures together. I had to sit there and listen to every homecoming, and Sadies, and you're junior prom. It was killing me on the inside. But I didn't make a move on her. Want to know why? Because I am a GOOD person. That is the difference between you and I buddy."

"I'm sorr-"

"Don't tell me that. I you can try to tell Ellie that but she might not even listen."

"It was hard because she was-"

"Far away yeah I know. I also know how it feels to be cheated on and it's not cool. Ellie is hurting so bad right now, and you will not be the one to comfort her this time. Just because Ellie ended up with me after all this doesn't mean I will bow at your feet. It kills me to see the most warm-hearted person crying in a hotel room for 8 hours."

"Wait. She's with you now? Like she's you girlfriend?" He started to raise his voice.

"Yes in fact she-" I was cut off by a slap in the face.

He began coming at me again. "You can't do that she's mine!" He tried to push me against the wall, but I was stronger than him and I shoved him back.

"First thing girls are not property. Second if you really want her that bad, why would you be such a jerk?"

"I thought she was cheating."

"Yeah, well newsflash buddy she wasn't. You were."

"Why don't you just back off!" He yelled and managed to punch the side of my nose and the inner corner of my eye. I grabbed his shirt and ran him into the wall. I held him there as I spoke.

"This isn't about me. Now listen here. You leave Ellie alone. Don't talk to her and don't come near her. If you do, I will ruin your life. Just like you did Ellie's." I released his shirt and he fell back on the ground. I didn't say anything else and I walked out the door. I felt blood dripping down my lip.

Of course I didn't think this through. I was just so angry. I didn't realize that taxis don't exactly hover around everywhere. It's not like I would've taken one with a bloody nose any way, people would ask questions. Then I remembered that I still had Alex's phone. I decided I would make call on his phone before returning it.

Will Jay. I would call Will Jay.
