It's unbelievable that after years of dedication to this story it is finally coming to a close.
Holding Out For A Hero holds all my frustrations and tears of joy. The first time this story came to me I was actually at a gas station, wishing Superman come save me. Well instead of Superman showing up, I was granted the idea of Navy Night and Rarity.
(If you all haven't notice Navy Night is a mix of Superman/Nightwing).
I begun to write out different scenarios for these characters before writing HOFAH but Rarity always found a way to be a smartass rather than a damsel in distress. Guess she wanted to break at least one cliché.
When I clicked Rarity's character together everything fell into place. Navy's awkward character, Finn's up-beat personality, and Blake's bravery. It wasn't until later Priscilla, Dacio, and Max wanted in on the adventure as well.
This story is a draft so there are some plot holes and odd mistakes but those will be dealt with a different day but for now I want to be proud.
Thank you all so much for reading and falling in love with these characters!
If you all have any questions about the story- even random ones- go ahead and ask I'm more than willing to answer unless they have to deal with the bonus chapters slash possible sequel ;)
There's also more! Max will be getting his own story! It won't be from his point of view but still we will be getting a better glimpse of his life after leaving the gang!
Need more reason to check it out? Well I've decided to cast Chris Evans as Max :)
Now a gift to you all, I have all the old covers to HOFAH and little images I made over the years.
