He was her guide,
And she was his darling.
He was her rock,
And she was his home.
He was her ease,
And she was his joy.
He was her love,
And she was his world,
But he was a man with a duty,
And he had to answer when his land called.

I saw white. White all around me. I could hear voices too but didn't know their source. I slowly opened my eyes completely and tilted my head to the left, from where I thought the voices were coming from.
A woman in a lab coat was talking to Faaris.
"....these are- oh look. She's awake already. I told you not to worry." I heard her say. Faaris turned around to meet my eyes.
"Oh Falak! Alhamdolillah!" He exclaimed and rushed towards me.
"Falak you scared me! Don't ever do that again!" He said, taking a place beside me.
I grinned.
"You take too long to shower. I had to do something, didn't I?"
He shook his at me and planted a kiss on my forehead.
I peeked behind him to see the doctor smile at us. My cheeks started to heat up as I smiled back.
Faaris walked to the doctor.
"Doctor, can she be discharged today?" He asked her.
"Yes. Her blood pressure just went up. There is no problem, if you take care of her." The doctor replied, smiling at me, "I'm sure that won't be a problem."
"Of course it won't." Faaris answered.
"Okay, then." She said, "You can get the discharge papers and can soon be on your way."
"Okay." Faaris replied and walked over to me as soon as the doctor left.
"What happened? Why did I faint?" I inquired as I pushed my hair away from my face.
"Your blood pressure went soaring. Maybe we should lower our salt intake." He answered.
"Yeah. Now can you please get the papers, so I can get out of this freakishly white room?" I asked him in a sweet voice.
"Okay. I'll be back."

"I'm sorry you had to do through that." He says, looking at Falak. He notices her eyes are moist.
"We can stop if you want."
"That'll be nice." Falak answers, "I think I'm going to take a nap. We'll continue later."
He nods and Falak retires to her room.
Faaris is tending to the garden of their home and Falak comes out of the house with tea for both of them.
"Faaris! Come take this before it gets cold." she tells him as she settles on the lush, green grass. Her bump can still be seen regardless of hee baggy clothes.
"Okay." he answers and settles beside her, picking up his cup.
The couple drinks their tea in silence, enjoying each other's company. It is a pleasant day, with the clouds covering the sun. It isn't hot, nor it cold.
