Cedric Diggory's Little Sister

Chapter 12

*****Cedric's POV*****

I carry my sister up the stairs to Dumbledore's off and see the door wide open. I step inside to see Joe sitting there with Dumbledore already. I give a smile and sit in the chair beside my brother. I adjust Rosa so she's more comfortable while she sleeps. "How can we help you Professor?" I ask. "I've decided to transfer Joseph and Rosalyn back to Hogwarts. I believe it is best if they are in a safe environment. The Diggory Twins will be sharing a room away from the dormitories. You are welcome to visit them at anytime." He explains. I nod and look at Joey. "Is there anything else?" Joe asks. "Ah yes. Your
parents will be coming to the third task of the tournament." Dumbledore simply states. We nod and I lift Rosa up. "Goodbye Professor." I smile and we head out.

I sit down beside Rosa as she sleeps and I sigh in relief as nobody attempts to enter the room. I close my eyes and begin to drift into a dreamland.

*****Rosalyn's POV*****

I open my eyes to see Cedric sleeping beside me. I shake him awake and he shoots up, looking around quickly before looking at me. "Morning Rosa!" He smiles. I give him a smile in return and hug him. He hugs back and kisses my head lightly. "Alright. You get changed in the bathroom and I'll change out here." Cedric states. I nod quickly and grab my clothes for today before heading into the bathroom.

"Can I come out now?" I call. "Yeah. We're going to breakfast." Cedric says. I come into my room and see Cedric crouched down. I jump on his back and he takes off running. I squeal and grip onto him.

I laugh as I'm placed on my feet again and we head inside. We quickly take our seats with our friends group and begin to eat.

I walk with Mione and Lydia to the library when I spot Harry running toward us. Lydia steps in front of me as I look at my feet. "Rosa. Can I please talk to you?" He gasps. "It's Rosalyn to you. You git. And why would I want to talk to you?" I scowl, looking him dead in the eyes. His eyes look clouded like he's ready to cry. "Rosalyn this is important." He states. "Talk then." I say, rolling my eyes. "In private." He states. I sigh and follow him into an empty classroom.

I lean against a table and stare at Harry. Suddenly he steps forward and grabs me by the waist. He connects our lips and I quickly try to get free from him. I slap him across the face and he falls to the ground. "Rosalyn. Please? Hermione found out what was wrong with me." Harry cries out. "What was wrong with you then? Why did you say that you love me and then begin to have feelings for Cho?!" I sob. "The day we were on the train last year, she put a potion on the licorice I grabbed and was standing there watching me as I ate it. It was a love potion but not a very strong one so I still had feelings for you. Hermione realized last night and gave me the cure." He explains. I shake my head in shock. "I need some time alone." I state and run out.

I sit at the very back of the Forbidden Forest right beside the Black Lake when an Owl swoops down beside me with a small package. I quickly take it and open it carefully. A necklace falls out and I pick it up. I slip it around my neck and see it has the Slytherin house Crest. I pick up the note and scan it over. A gift from Uncle Sirius. I smile and lift the bird up carefully before making my way back to the castle.

I walk into the Great Hall to see Harry trying to talk to Ced and Joe but they ignore him and continue eating. I walk over there and sit beside Joey. He looks up and smiles at me. "It's about time you got here. He won't go away." Cedric states, passing me a plate. I laugh and begin eating.

I look up at the sky as Cedric tries to rock me to sleep. I spot the family Owl at the window and hop out of Cedric's arm. I open the window and lift Killian inside. I take the letter and open it. "Mom is pregnant and giving birth. Head to Dumbledore and he'll floo powder you here." I read. Cedric quickly lifts me up and we run to get Joseph.

I sit cuddled into Cedric as we wait to meet the new baby. Suddenly, Dad steps out and smiles at us. "Your Mother and siblings are healthy and safe." He smiles. "Triplets. Two girls and one boy." Cedric explains. Dad nods and lifts me up. "Mom decided to let you name them, Rosie Posie." Dad says. I smile and he carries me inside. Cedric and Joey follow quickly. I'm set on my feet and I walk over to the cots. "This is Henry James Diggory." I say to the nurse. She nods and writes it down quickly on a hospital bracelet, putting it on Henry's tiny wrist. "This is Zoe Faith Diggory." I laugh, pointing to the baby girl to the left. Another nurse does the same with the bracelet. "And last but not least Ava Danielle Diggory." I smile, pointing to the baby girl on the right. They quickly put her named bracelet on and I lift Henry into my arms. I turn to Cedric and Joey with a grin on my face. "They'll look like we do with the hair and eyes." Cedric smiles as he lifts Zoe into his arms. Joe lifts Ava up and we all sit down in the chairs on the opposite side of the room.

I watch the photo as Cedric sticks his tounge out, Joseph opens his mouth really wide and I pout. We're all holding up one of the babies in front of us as they give a toothless smile. I giggle and take the camera from the nurse. "Mom and Dad. It's picture time." I grin while they're passed the babies. I take a picture and see the most perfect picture ever. "Perfect!" I cheer.

I walk with Cedric and Joey into the Great Hall and see our friends group staring at us. I check my watch and give them a grin. "Where were you three? I was worried." Mione gasps, pulling me into a hug. "You smell like vomit!" She gags, pulling away quickly. "That's what babies do, Mione. We have three new ones in our family." I laugh. I pull out the pictures and show them to her and Lydia. "There's Henry James with me, Zoe Faith with Cedric and Ava Danielle with Joey." I smile, looking at my new siblings. They awe at the picture and I show the the pictures of just the triplets.
