Chapter 18

*****Rosalyn's POV*****

***1 week later***

I grip onto Harry's hand as we walk toward the platform, Dad pushing our things on a trolley. I laugh as I see Joey lifting Lydia of her feet in a hug. Harry looks at them with a smile and pulls me through to the platform. I smile at Harry and lift Hercules into my arms and make my way to find a compartment for our group.

Hercules jumps out of my grasp and runs out of the compartment. I stand up quickly and step into the train corridor to see Fred and George walking toward me with Mione, Ron, Lydia and Joey with Hercules slinking beside them. "Hercules! What have I told you about running off like that!" I state, lifting him into my arms and carrying him into the compartment again with the others following closely. "What have you done to this place?" Fred gasps. "A simple extension spell. I've been reading through the books I needed for this year." I explain showing them the books. They nod and sit down. "Where's Harry? I thought he would be sitting here." Joey asks. I shrug. "I think he's talking to Dad about the top secret from the order that he was told before we left." I say. Their eyes widen a bit and divert their eyes from me. "But look at what I found in the potions book. I don't really know why someone would put it in a school potions book. But have a look at this." I say. Their heads all snap up and look at the page I was holding. They share a look with each other and Joey snatches the book away from me. "Give that back!" I yell. I rip the book away from him and pack away all my books. "I DON'T SEE WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS! YOU'VE BEEN ACTING WEIRD SINCE YOU WERE ALL TOLD THE SECRET THE ORDER IS KEEPING FROM ME! TELL ME WHAT IT IS RIGHT NOW!" I scream at them, my hands setting on fire along with my hair. The door swings open quickly to reveal Harry. "YOU WILL TELL ME WHAT THE SECRET IS RIGHT NOW! AM I CLEAR?!" I yell. Joey shoots to his feet and glares at me. "WHY DON'T YOU JUST SHUT UP! YOU THINK EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU AND I'M SICK OF IT! GET LOST AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM ME!" He screams right in my face. The fire from me disappears. I stare at him in shock as Hercules hisses at him. I pull my trunk down from above me and lift Hercules into my arms. "If that's how you truly feel." I say, tears beginning to fall down my cheeks. "I knew I should have asked Dumbledore not to transfer me back to Hogwarts. I'd rather be beaten up by the Durmstrang guys then have to be standing in front of you. AT ANY POINT OF THE DAY!" I cry out and apperate away.

*****Harry's POV*****

I look at the scorch marks on the ground and look at Joe with a glare. "What was that about?!" I ask. He slumps against his seat and stares at his hands. "She found the potion for the thing we were told about. It was recently bound into the book so that means a Death Eater was the shopkeeper when you paid for the books." He explains quickly. "She's hurt by the fact we've been keeping secrets from her. I've never seen her that angry or upset before. She's my best friend and I betrayed her! I'm meant to tell her what is bothering me and not ignore her!" Lydia cries out. We watch in shock as she runs out of the compartment in tears.

I walk into the castle with Hermione and Ron to see Rosa talking to McGonagall. "Thank you very much Professor. I'll see you in the Great Hall tomorrow morning." Rosa says, taking the piece of paper and walking toward the Grand Staircase quickly with Hercules running beside her quickly. McGonagall looks around quickly and signals for us to come over to her. "She's found out what the secret was. I'll owl the order tonight and talk to Professor Dumbledore about what can be done." She states quickly. I frown and stare at the ground. "You could Obliviate her memories so she forgets about it." Hermione suggests. I stare at her in horror. "We'll see what can be done before we act quickly. I could accidentally remove all of her memories and she'll be even more or a weapon than we originally thought." McGonagall says cutting off the idea quickly.

I walk into breakfast to see Rosa reading her potions book over. I move quickly to sit beside her and place a hand on her shoulder. She looks up and sends me a smile. I wrap my arms around her and hold her close. "You feeling okay?" I ask, rubbing her arm. She nods and closes her book. "I removed that potion from the book if it makes you feel better." She says quietly. I smile at her and kiss her cheek. "Harry!" Ron calls out and signals for me to join them. I shake my head and take one of her books, looking over the contents page. The spells are more advanced then I had ever seen. "Since I'm more advanced then mostly everyone in Defense Against the Dark Arts, I won't have the same teacher as everyone else." She explains gently. I nod and pass her book back. She smiles and places all her books in her enchanted bag. Professor Sprout walks over and passes Rosa her timetable. I spot Ron pointing to us as McGonagall looks over to us. She walks over quickly and passes me my timetable. "I would advise you spend more time at your table this year, Mr Potter. Some of your house mates are beginning to think Ms Diggory is trying to get Quidditch Plays out of you since she is the new Captain of the Hufflepuff team." McGonagall states, sending Rosa a look. I turn to Rosa to see the badge sitting on the table in front of her. I sigh and shake my head. "That won't happen. She knows how to create plays, she's part of the Irish Quidditch team and won the Quidditch World Cup, beating one of the Seekers out there." I state, wrapping an arm around Rosa. McGonagall sighs and walks off. "We have Care of Magical Creatures together in the last lesson of today." She smiles and passes me my timetable as she gets out of her seat. I quickly stand up and take her hand in mine. "I'll walk you to class." I state quickly, looking at her timetable. She nods and I pull her out the door.
