Anyway onto the chapter!**
You were terrified, no, petrified for your medical exam. Hiding a massive secret of you being a timelord was hard enough, but having to hide it from your boyfriend was worse. Especially since you boyfriend, Leonard McCoy, is the chief medical examiner.
"Don't look so nervous it's only me." Leonard cooed, gently rubbing your arm. You sighed, a shudder running through your body.
"I'm just nervous. I don't know why..." You lie, glancing at the heart scanner on the table with dread.
"If you're nervous for me to see how much you weigh, don't worry about that darling. I'll love you no matter what." Leonard stated, kissing your cheek with a smile. You nod and get down from the exam bed and step onto the scale. That wasn't what you were nervous about at all.
After your weight and height were measured, you sat down on the table. Tremors began to move through your body causing your fingers to shake. "Well everything is just fine so far." Leonard told you, checking your blood pressure. Next was the heart.
"Len wait!" You exclaim far too loudly for the small room.
"Don't burst my eardrums, honey, what is it?" Leonard asked, taking your trembling hand in his.
"I.. I'm a part of a mostly extinct alien race... I have two hearts... I just.. Never found the good time to tell you and I was nervous you'd break up with me and I don't want this to ruin us and I-" You ramble before a deep voice with a southern accent cut in.
"Darling darling darling.. I don't care. Well, I care, but I don't care you're an alien. You're still your adorable self." Leonard reassured, racing the heart scanner. The beats of your two hearts filled the silence of the room.
"I love you." You whisper, wiping the tears of relief from your eyes. Leonard was accepting of you being a timelord.
"Timelord. The only race I've heard of with two hearts. And I love you too. Oh so much." Leonard told you, kissing your lips. You wrapped your arms around him and smiled, nodding against his chest. Leonard now knew you were a Timelord and you couldn't be happier.
