I love historical fiction, drama, mysteries
What or who inspires you in your work?
Music and life experiences inspire me mostly
Can you tell us a bit about your current story and why people would want to read it?
SHERLOCK 1-3 is my current story. It's based off of Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle's Sherlock mysteries that have been later remade into a modern version produced by BBC. My trilogy is based off of the modern version. I believe people would enjoy reading it because not only is it based off of these familiar characters, but it hopefully remains true to them as well. The trilogy also pulses with action, romance, and treachery that many readers enjoy reading in a story.
I also am writing a bookisodes "The Adventures of Chester and Martha" which is uploaded every Sunday about a man and his beloved horse.
Is there a message for your readers in your work?
Because I have a diverse amount of readers, I don't really put my view out there unless I think the character would benefit from my morals or beliefs. I usually write a character for believably sake, so if a character happens to deliver a message or something meaningful to the readers, it'll come from them, not from me.
Do you have any advice for other writers?
Read good literature! Read, read, read! You can't write without reading literature such as Jane Austin, Jack London, Robert Lewis Stevenson, C.S. Lewis, those oldies may be old, but they're great. You'll learn a lot and your writing will improve.
Is there anything else you would like add?
Only that you should continue writing, or whatever brings you pure joy. Don't give up on your dreams, whether they're the ones you're dreaming now, or the ones you have yet to dream. Don't give up on yourself, especially! Cheers!
