"Alex. Hey Alex, I want to go out," whines Marc.

"Go away Marc, I'm busy," I moan back.

"Who are you calling Marc? And you're sleeping not busy. Are you even awake?" Marc asks. His voice sounds oddly feminine, a lot like Carrie's voice.

"What the hell are you on about?" I mumble.

"Wake the hell up and I'll tell you," he says. Suddenly the whole world started shaking, I open my eyes and realise it was all a dream.

"Finally!" Carrie says, her arms in the air.

"Sorry, I was in the middle of a dream. I can't really remember what happened, but Marc was nagging me about getting up or something. It was pretty random," I ramble, my eyes barely open.

"Well that wasn't Marc nagging. I think my complaints made their way into your subconscious," Carrie explains, "It's already eleven o'clock, I want to do something."

"Well if you can wait till two o'clock that'd be good," I say.

"What? Are you going to go back to sleep for another three hours?" Carrie says, whinging a little bit.

"No! Queen is coming by here at two o'clock this afternoon, so we can go out and do something with them!" I say excitedly, waving my arms around.

"Oh my god! No way this can be happening. Are you sure you didn't dream that too?" Carrie asks, doubt in her tone.

"I most definitely remember the offer. Which, nonetheless, was followed by a hug from Freddie fucking Mercury!" I scream.

"Alex, you should have woken me up. Being woken in the middle of the night is so worth getting a hug from a Queen member!" she replies, equally excited.

"Perhaps you can get one today."

"Hopefully," she says, her face reddening a little, "but tell me, what was last night like?"

"You didn't miss out on anything monumental, so don't worry about that. It was pretty good though, I had plenty of fun and I didn't really do all that much. We were chatting about all sorts of things for a good few hours. I didn't end up getting home till almost 3am."

"What did you talk about?"

"They asked a little bit about me, but we mostly talked about the things they were interested in. The best part was they were a little bit drunk too, so they said a lot of funny stuff. For example, Brian was telling me about the constellations and telling slightly off stories about their origins. For example, Canis Minor, one of Orion's hunting dogs. In a famous legend from Attica, the area around Athens, the constellation represents Maera, dog of Icarius, the man whom the god Dionysus first taught to make wine, something like that. Anyway, Brian's version was more like, he's the good dog whose owner made everyone really good wine and made everyone get really drunk. The guy got killed though so the good dog was sad."

"That's beautiful," Carrie laughs, "truly inspirational."

"Yeah, Brian is a total nerd for it too. Roger taught me all about the beauty of cars," I say rolling my eyes

"Wow, true to the song aye?"

"My thoughts exactly. We finished the rum too, so you're not getting that back," I laugh.

"I don't care, I wouldn't drink it any other time anyway," she says with a shrug.

"Well I think you should let me actually get up now so I can get ready for going out," I say, getting up from my spot on the bed and pushing Carrie out the door.
