Drums were banging and instruments were playing through Levy's ears, a wide grin on her face. Gajeel and a man named Gray were chugging down a beer, both of the men trying to prove they could drink fastest. Gray slammed his glass down on the table with a victorious cry, slinging his arm over Gajeel's sisters shoulders, a pale woman by the name a Juvia who had a kind smile on her face as the ebony haired man pressed a kiss to her forehead.
Gajeel angrily slammed down his glass after finishing, glaring at the man across the table from him. "Another!" He roared, earning an echo of the word back from various people around them. Levy looked up, wiping a tear from her eye before stiffening, catching a familiar face in the sea of people.
"Lady Lucille!" Levy gasped, standing as two more beers were placed in front of the competitive men. Lucille looked her way, causing the short girl to attempt to push her way through the crowd. She stumbled a few times, giving thanks to the people that caught her before she breathlessly took Lucille's arms.
"M'lady what are you doing! You're father would have my head if he found out you were here!" She gasped fearfully. Lucille smiled.
"It's quite alright, Levy!" Lucille called back over the roar of people. "He and the others went away. They won't even notice that I'm gone!"
"Hey! Natsu!!" Gray called and the salmon haired man dragged the two girls towards their group, Gajeel swiftly catching Levy's waist and pulling her into his lap.
"Gray!" Natsu called back and Gray stood, quickly grabbing Juvia's hand. "No way! You lucky son of a bitch!" Natsu laughed, causing Lucille to smile as Gray slung his arm over the girls shoulder, obviously slightly drunk.
"I know right! This beauty right here and I are gonna dance! I don't know why cause I hate dancing but who cares!" Gray rambled before pulling the blue haired girl towards the dance floor before the two began to dance around happily, Juvia's hair falling loose from her bun and falling in waves around her shoulders. The girl didn't seem to mind at all though. She practically had hearts in her eyes from her excitement as Gajeel laughed at his younger sister. A small girl came up to Natsu and tugged on his sleeve after he had taken his jacket off and he looked down.
"Asuka!" He cried happily, causing the young girl to beam up at him. "You want to dance?" He called and the girl nodded as he lead her to the dance floor. Lucille sat next to Levy as Gajeel was swept away by an obviously drunk brunette, causing the boy to cast a glance at the girl he had left behind. Levy shook her head with a smile, gesturing for him to go dance and he nodded before taking the girls waist and dancing away.
"He seems charming!" Lucille called and Levy giggled slightly, looking after the man lovingly.
"He's kind of a brute, to be quite honest!" Levy replied, looking to her charge. "But he's kind and full of life!"
"That's always good!"
"And what about you, miss?!" Levy called as a man provided them with a glass of beer. "Your man hangs with Gajeel all of the time! Shouldn't you be with Mr. Straight!?"
"He'd be to drunk to want anything but to fool around, my dear friend!" Lucill called, causing the two girls to laugh. Gajeel ended up coming back, holding three beers in his hand as Gray and Juvia came back to the table, cackling loudly as they practically fell into their chairs. Gray reached for a beer as did Juvia but Gajeel slapped her hand away, making the girl frown.
