Chp 8: Our Decay

Flashback: Many years ago in the Enchanted Forest, the Fates is "celebrating" the day they first was united as sisters. Nyx guards bring back the Shears of Fate, the Shears she plans to use and use to create the Coven of Destiny. However, the Shears is stolen by Hermes, who has come back to the Enchanted Forest using a magic bean. Nyx later confronts the villagers who told Hermes that the Fates was still alive. Hades appears and offers his assistance to capture Hermes, but Nyx and the rest of the Fates replies that they need no help and vanishes. However, Nyx later reconsiders. Hades reveals that his power is limited to the underworld unless he receives a kiss of true love. Later on, Hades brings Nyx to Hermes shoes so that they can find the Shears. Hades enchants it so it will bring the two to Hermes and they find an attraction between them. They arrive and Nyx takes the Shears of Fate and rips Hermes heart out and made him her slave. As Hades reveals his love for Nyx, but she believes that he is only manipulating her for true love's kiss to be free. Nyx demands that Hades leave the realm. End of flashback

In Storybrooke, At the convent, the Black fairy teaches the new fairies how to use fairy dust and she wrote a new code of law for the convent, Tinkerbell decides to become the new Mother Superior. As the Black fairy prepares to use her wand to vanquish Tinkerbell, a portal opens that sends the Black fairy to the Underworld.

Present day Underworld, the clock hand ticks again, signifying that yet another soul had moved on, Inside Hades' lair, Nyx is furious that Facilier is taking his time to create a portal to Storybrooke in order to transport the Black fairy to her. Elsewhere, Ursula visits Nyx, she realizes that her and Hades was in love back in the past. Nyx tells her that she is Hades' only weakness. Later on, Nyx is with Hades, who is waiting for her at Roni's Diner for their fourth date, she makes a deal with him as they drink wine and the two share a kiss. Suddenly Hades' heart begins to beat once again, resulting in a new level of fulfillment in Hades' vision for a "normal" life and leaving the Underworld with Nyx. Meanwhile, while Nyx gives a blessing to Fufu to bring her back alive with the help from Hades, at the lair Hades encounters his niece, Ursula, and they have a short family reunion. Fufu could feel her body restored to life as she breathes again. Later on, Fiona surprises Nyx and Fufu and told them about the portal that brought her to the Underworld. The three Fates are reunited once again and are delighted to see each other. At the Apartment, Grace, in her role as the Sorceress, successfully helps the resident complete their "unfinished business," which will allow them to leave. That night, Starla comes to help the Fates in their plan.
