"Are you kidding me?!" Sinbad yelled, slamming his hands on the desk in front of him. "How did this happen?"

"According to the Kou Empire we traded off (Y/N) to become a maid, we longer have custody over her and need to send her over there immediately." Ja'far answered slightly annoyed.

"So this... T-This no longer makes her my student?" Yamraiha asked while tears formed in her eyes. "With her to fill Aladdin's place, I no longer felt a hole inside... She learned quickly and her skills now rival even mine, how can this be happening?" Yamraiha wailed as she threw her arms around your shoulders clinging to you.

"A-Are you sure this isn't a mistake?" You questioned Sinbad while Yamraiha sobbed into your clothing.

"I don't know." Sinbad answered simply as he rubbed the back of his head. "I-"

"Sinbad! How can you not know? You where at the Kou Empire two weeks ago! You somehow made this happen!" Ja'far said sternly looking into his King's eyes for answers.

"I'm telling you... I don't know, that's what makes it interesting." The King replied crossing his arms in front of his chest. "Well for now, we have no choice but to send (Y/N) over there..."

"But don't they know that I can use magic?" You asked raising a brow giving him a confused look. You were pretty confident with your skills and you were a part of the few magicians who did not need to use a wand or say the spell out loud. And that was useful in combat because your opponent wouldn't know what was coming.

"Yes they know, yet some how you're still going to be a maid." Ja'far answered for his King with his eyes closed.

"Well I guess I'll go pack up my things..." You replied sulking while your blue-haired mentor slid off of your shoulders.

"I am truly sorry about this (Y/N), I'll try to get this matter resolved and have you back soon." Sinbad commented with a glint of hope in his eyes. You really hoped he did, the Kou Empire was an enemy of Sindria's and they probably wouldn't treat you nice knowing where you came from.

Once you had all of your things packed you headed for the port and boarded the ship to the Kou Empire. While on the ship you spent your days leisurely and played around with your magic coming up with new combinations. Then after a couple of days you were now at your destination and the feeling of unease settles upon you. 'I bet i'll be an outcast... Or worse, but if I have to fight I will.' You thought while looking up at the palace in front of you.

Right upon entering the palace grounds you where quickly escorted to the maid quarters with a few other girls.

"Your room will be here," She looked at the list in front of her. "...(Y/N)... It's one of the fancier ones since your a personal maid." The head maid continued giving you a small wink. The woman had light brown short hair and matching brown eyes, although older she still looked kind and somehow you felt like you could trust her.

"If you don't mind me asking... Who am I serving?" You asked a bit disturbed by her wink.

"Judal." Her expression darkened. "Not to frighten you but... Judal... H-He killed his last maid." She added looking down at you. "I'm Ra, the head maid of this section... You're lucky, we get treated better then the other service maids here. You're starting tomorrow, I wish you luck (Y/N). I think it will help that you're one of the pretty ones."

"That's good I guess, thank you for informing me." You lowered your head and bowed to her gratefully. As soon as she was out of sight you stepped inside your new room, you looked around and saw all the cozy furnishes. 'This is good I guess, smaller then my old room but it'll do. I need to be careful around this Judal guy though...' You then set some bags down on the floor and got adjusted to your new room in the Kou Empire.

You walked up to a desk in the corner of the room and noticed it had a note on it. You quickly picked it up and read what it had inside.

We live to serve.

"Gloomy... Geez, I need to get out of here. Sinbad please resolve this." You then crumpled up the note in to a tight wad and threw it on the ground. Although the chance of you ever leaving was very slim you still had hope that you wouldn't stay too long. With the information that Sinbad gave you about the people here you felt like you had some sort of advantage, being that all they knew about you was that you were female and could use magic.

The man you were to serve, Judal, was supposed to be some high-priest that they valued a lot in the Kou Empire. He was a pretty advanced magic user although Yamraiha said that with your skill you could probably hold out against him.

'If I really wanted to, I could burn this place down and do Sindria a favor.' You thought darkly laying down on the bed. 'That's kinda cruel though... Now that I think about it this could have gone way worse.' You kept thinking of ways to smite the Empire as you went to sleep.
