It's Love

Chapter 11

   All that I picked up on during the entire performance was that we didn't get what we paid for or were promised. Other than that, it was a pretty good performance. A/N Did you catch the sarcasm?

   After the show, we went over to Sam and Taurtis's house. We sat on the couch almost the entire time playing on their Gamecrab. After that we went upstairs and played one of Salex's favorite games: King of Tokyo (If you know that game, this is a public domain book, so it's not prohibited to copy right. Thank You)

   Taurtis won, even though he had never played it before, but I think Salex helped him win by trading card with him. I don't really care since there isn't a prize. I won at the next game, never have I ever, and Sam came in second.

   "So... where should Salex and I sleep?" I asked, beginning to feel tired after all the games we played. Sam and Taurtis exchanged confused glances, which makes me think they didn't think that through. "And we didn't bring pajamas with us either." I added wondering what they would say to this. Taurtis gave Sam an evil smile.

   "Salex looks about my size, and you look about the same size as Sam... maybe you're a little smaller Yin, but you could try on some of his pajamas, and Salex could try some of mine if you guys want."

   I was about to protest and say I could just sleep in my clothes, but Salex started talking before me. "We'd both like that!" She chimed. I just sat there with a half opened mouth staring at them for a second, before nodding without intention so that I won't have to bicker with Salex in front of the guys. When they walked over to the closet, I looked over at Salex and playfully slapped her face. It wasn't hard but she still narrowed her eyes and sarcastically yelled over her shoulder to the boys "Yin! No hitting people! You're gonna be in big trouble when Taurtis finds out. He would never let anything happen to me!" she hesitated before adding "Right, Taurtis?"

   We could hear the guys giggling at her sarcasm, and finally hear Taurtis yell back "Oh! Don't mess with Salex! Or else you're gonna get it real bad!" You could hear the playful tone in his voice.

   Salex and I fell on the floor laughing so hard, our stomachs hurt and it was hard to breathe. I'm glad we found Sam and Taurtis. We would probably be sitting at home right now if we didn't.
