So... I went to New York...
During the flight to New York, my group had to fly in circles for hold due to weather. When I got to New York, I went to a nice water park that was packed. The day before a big party that was planned around me being there, I got a bad cold and was miserable for most of the day. After I felt better, I went minigolfing, arcading, and went on a ride called bumper boats. I did more stuff, but these were the highlights of the trip. At the airport on my way home, I met some really nice people who were awesome. When I was boarding my plane, I noticed water in the gates. After that I knew something was wrong. I got to my seat, I noticed how much lightning there was outside with a thick storm. After two hours of waiting for the storm to clear, our pilot announced that our flight was cancelled. After he said that, he made another announcement that another plane was struck by lightning while people were exiting into the gate. With my flight cancelled, I had to stay in a run down motel, where the doors led to outside. The next morning, I left for the airport. I had extra time, so I went mall-ing in the airport. I was given priority/first class since my flight had been cancelled. This is why I haven't been updating lately, so thanks for reading!
