Chapter 15

Yin's POV

   I can't comprehend what the fuck has happened today. First Salex gets hit by a car, then Ellen breaks into mine and Sal... my house, then I speak to my dead parents. I can't believe it.

   I hear the school bell ring off in the distance, indicating that the school day is over, so I walk over to Sam and Taurtis's house. *Knock knock* I knock on their door. I can hear Taurtis crying upstairs, and I can hear Salex sigh next to me. I turn to her, wising she wasn't transparent and remember, Ellen left already; meaning that Taurtis and Sam won't be able to see Salex.

   I hear footsteps coming downstairs. Yuki, the girl from school with pink hair opens the door for me. The air on the side of me that Salex is on gets chillier. Yuki give me a sympathetic smile. "You must've been Salex's sister. Maybe you can get Taurtis to come out of his room."

  "U-uh..." I turn in to Salex's ghost. She's scowling at Yuki, but turns to me and nods briefly. "Ok, I'll give it a shot I guess."

   "Great. Oh, I'm really sorry about your sister... It must be really hard losing someone you love." Yuki said, sounding a little to sincere.

   I went inside, and upstairs. Sam was sitting by the edge of the bedroom, which Taurtis had moved all of the upstairs furniture in front of to block it off. He looked up at me and nodded his head towards the sobbing sounds.

   I climbed over the couch and sat on the end of Taurtis's bed, which he was lying face down on. "Taurtis..." I heard Salex whisper from behind me. She drifted over to the bed and sat near Taurtis, stroking the side of his head. "Yin, tell him I'm here, please."

   "Hey, Taurtis." He grunted a response to me "You need to understand what I'm saying, so please stop crying for a sec so I can explain to you what's going on."

   He rolled over, and sat up. Salex put her arm around him, and I could swear his eyes lit up some. "What." He said sternly.

   "Salex is dead, but she is with us. In this room, right now."

   "How would you know, just because she was your sister doesn't mean you have to pretend like she's still here. You know that, right?" I saw a silent tear roll off of Salex's cheek.

   I glared at him. "You can't sense it, can you? Ellen gave me the power to see, hear, and feel where Salex is. Oh, and in case you couldn't tell, she's sitting next to you, crying, with her arm around you." Taurtis looked around. He gave me a look saying Are you kidding me right now? 

   I just stared at Salex, and nodded at Taurtis. She grabbed his face, and kissed him on the lips. His eyes widened. Just by the look he gave me, I could tell he could see her. "Salex..." He had tears rolling off his face. "I miss you."

   "I miss you too." She mumbled, embracing him in a hug. He hugged back.

   "Uh, Sam? Is it just me, or does Taurtis seem to be going insane to you too."

   "I see him hugging the air, Yuki. Do you think if we pretended we haven't been spying this entire time you think?" Sam looked at me teasingly.

   I roll my eyes at them. "Salex is dead, but Ellen gave me the power to see and hear her. Taurtis unlocked a spell or some shit. I don't know how. Maybe it's when they kissed."

   "Can I have a kiss?" Sam said closing his eyes and jokingly pecking his lips out. I nod my head from side to side and give him a kiss on the lips.

   I could hear Yuki cuss under her breath "Bitch..."

   I glared at her. "What did you just say, you slut?"

   "Nothing! Nothing at all! Huehuehue."

   "That's right, bitch..."

   "So, Yin. Do you think you'll be at school tomorrow?" Sam said.

   "Yeah, probably. Why do you ask?"

    "Well, I kinda have some homework where I have to preform a skit from Romeo and Juliet, and I was wondering if you'd like to do it with me?"

   I gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Sure! I'll be Romeo, you can be Juliet!"

   "But Sam!" Yuki whined. "I wanted to do it with you!"

   "Too bad bitch" I replied in a snippy tone.

   I hear Taurtis clear his throat from behind me. "So, am I insane, or is Salex really here, Yin."

   "She's here, don't worry Taurtis."

Listen up guys, Today was a crazy few weeks for me at school, so forgive me for not updating!

"What happened that made it so crazy Turtle?"

Do you actually care Salex?

"No, but I'm sure Salex does."

Is this true, Salex?

"Yeah, of course!"

Ok, well, I'll tell you the highlights then. I'm not using any real names though.

   So, today, This one kid, Bob, was beating up another boy name James in the hallway. One of James's friends, Jake saw what happened, and started beating up Bob. Now, Bob thought he could overpower Jake, and threw a punch at him. Jake moved out of the way, and gave Bob and uppercut. Bob was knocked out for a couple of minutes, but when he fell, he landed really hard on his side. He hit his head on the cement, and his shoulder smashed into a wall. Students at my school spread gossip like nobody's business. They say that Bob has a shattered shoulder, and a concussion.

   I went to my friend, Anna's Dad's house over the weekend. He lives in Anaheim, which is like, an hour away from me. I made banana bread with green food coloring and sour patch watermelons. It tasted pretty good though.
