lol nobody reads this crap of a book
Maddie has moved in with Diego ( much to Zach's dismay, as she's not even legal yet), and Zach has a new boyfriend.
I always thought he was straight, really. He just seemed that type of guy.
And me?
I'm in Josh's room at the moment, waiting for him to come out of the shadows. Before he hurried into the bathroom, I saw his torso.
He has scars. I told you he 'draws', too. I just didn't think it was so bad.
There's hundreds, ranging from tiny to ones that cover his entire ribcage. I don't know where they're from, and I don't want to know either.
He's too pretty, too small, too innocent to have scars. I don't want to believe it.
The water's stopped running now. I can hear him stumbling around slightly, hear him curse as he bumped into the sink.
Josh's dressed now. We're laying in the dark watching some random action movie he stuck in. I keep taking but he's not answering - hang on.
He's asleep...
He's cute when he's asleep. Not that he isn't all the time, but you know what I mean. His head is lolled against my shoulder and he's biting his lip ever so slightly. His eyelids keep fluttering, as though he's dreaming, his mouth falling agape slightly, small gaps escaping it.
And now, after a jolt, I realised that I'd do anything for this boy. I'd keep him safe, Carol. I'd love him like his own parents never did, because I understand. I understand, and I love him for that.
