Felicity's POV

"Laurel can we please go now?"

"Yes." I grab my phone and tablet, slipping them into my bag, before following her from the dorm.

"Do you have a car?"

"Yep. Sophomores are allowed to have cars."

"Lucky me the little freshie."

"Just wait for the boys..."

"Great..." I roll my eyes, sitting in the passenger seat. Being with Laurel might just help me survive college.

"We're here." She leads me inside the bowling alley, where Laurel waves to two men sitting in chairs laughing.

"There they are."

"Wait." I grab her arm stoping her.

"That's Tommy and Oliver?"

"They grew up, didn't they?"

"You could say that..." I release her arm, and together we walk over to them.

"Hey guys. Good to see you didn't get lost on the way over."

"We can handle ourselves Laurel..."

"Can you Merlyn?"

"Hi Laurel."

"Hi Ollie."

"Who's your friend?" Both boys begin to eye me, and I rock back and forth on my feet.

"This-" Laurel pulls me forward, and I place a smile on my face.

"-Is Felicity."

"Wait. Felicity? As in the little nerdy Felicity?" I cross my arms, insulted by Tommy Merlyn.

"I am right here you know..."

"She speaks!"

"Will you two behave. What has she done to you?"

"Probably beat his IQ by at least..." I stare him in the face thinking for a moment.

"... Probably thirty or forty."

"Hey! I have an IQ of ninety for your information."

"Oh, so I beat you by eighty." I say in mock surprise.

"Your IQ is 170?"

"Yep."

"Allow me to apologize for Tommy's rude behavior. It's good to see you again Felicity." Oliver offers me a hand to shake, and I reluctantly accept.

"Oliver... Long time no see."

"Glad you could join us."

"Laurel didn't really give me much of a choice."

"Sounds like you Lance."

"Are we bowling or not?"

"Sure. Why don't we play on teams?"
Oliver mentions.

"Sure. I want Laurel on my team."

"So I guess your with me." I realize that Oliver is talking to me and nod my head.

"Sure."

"What?! No! I don't want to be on Tommy's team!"

"Common Lance, can't handle all of this?"

"Whatever." I laugh as she rolls her eyes, crossing her arms.

"Ladies first." I grab one of the bowling balls and walk towards the lane. Running the calculations through my head, I finally swing releasing. It goes down the lane, knocking all the pins over. I jump up in excitement.

"Yes!" I walk back over to the group and see Tommy standing with his mouth wide open.

"Close your mouth Tommy, you might catch a bug in it." He closes it, still in shock, while Oliver stands there laughing.

"Nice job Felicity."

"It wasn't that hard. Tommy, you want to go next?"

"S-sure..." He grabs a blue ball, and throws it sloppily. It knocks down one pin and I see Laurel glaring at him through the corner of my eye.

"Seems like I got the better partner." I jump as Oliver whispers in my ear, catching me off guard. Our team does end up winning by over two hundred. Which Laurel is not to happy about, and Tommy just seems to be in pure shock.

"Well I better get going... I have class tomorrow at eight."

"Don't let us keep you." I turn around and see Laurel yelling at Tommy.

"Why don't I give you a ride? Laurel is going to be a while."

"I've noticed. And thanks, but I can walk."

"It's dark out, and your dorm is a mile away."

"I'll be fine."

"You sure are more stubborn than I remember."

"Haven't exactly had an easy four years." I mutter under my breath, before nodding.

"Common." He leads me to a sports car, and I get in the passenger seat.
