Genderbent Kida from "Atlantis: The Lost Empire" Part 2

Everyone made it to safety, except you. You are currently unconscious under one of the debris from the destroyed submarine. In the meantime Milo was currently paying respects for the ones that fell during the attack or the attempt to escape, not knowing that you were probably one of them. Dr.Sweet noticed that you were not with them and tried looking for you. Milo found out and started screaming and crying for you. Others thought you were dead but Milo was in denial. He knew you like an open book. You can survive in any life or death situation. Now back to you. You were now awake in the water. Your left leg and right arm are covered in small cuts but have long gashes going down. You freaked out and forced yourself to move. You then swam to the nearest shore. You coughed any extra water that were in your lungs while unconscious. You then looked up to see these people with over sized masks on that covered their bodies. You tried to scream but couldn't because of your throat. One of them took off their masks and showed their face. It was a boy that was around your age, maybe a year older. He looked at you in shock and then concern. You were scared and took his appearance in. He was taller than you by a few inches and had blue markings everywhere. His hair was white as snow and his eyes were bright with curiosity and concern. Around his neck was a crystal. You stood up, holding on to a rock for support. He tried to move closer but you backed away. You stated to cry hysterically. You thought that he was going to hurt you more than what happened with the submarine. Or worse. The more he walked towards you, the more far back you walked. You tried to run but you were too weak to do so. Your legs gave out and you fell to the floor. He then caught up to you and kneeled beside you. You were trying to control your sobs. You then spoke in fear.

"Please, d-don't hurt m-me. P-p-p-please" You cried. You cried in fear and in pain. The gashes on your arms made you feel the worst pain possible. He looked at you with sad eyes. He then spoke.

"Do not worry I will not hurt you. I promise I am here to help" He replies in English. That surprised you. You never knew that he spoke English. He then did something that was probably named the impossible. He took the crystal off of his neck and the crystal started to glow. He gave you a look that made you trust him for the moment. He then placed the crystal in his hand and his hand then glowed. He then placed his hand on your hurt arm and he smiled as your eyes light up to the magic before you. There was a hand print on your arm and then the print and your wounds disappeared. He healed you! He then did it again but on your leg.  You looked up.

"Thank you so much" you say happily. Then you got up with ease. You looked at him again and then spoke.

"My name is (Y/n). (Y/n) Thatch. It is a pleasure to meet you. I appreciate you helping me. But sadly I must return to my brother. I hope that one day that we meet again. But before I go, what is your name?" You announce. He looked at you for a moment with sad eyes. Then he spoke to you.

"My name is Kane" he says. You nod and then grab what was with you when you woke up, which was your bag that had your journal in it. You then started walking in a random direction. Kane then started to follow you along with his men. You then heard a scream. A scream that was kinda girly but boyish at the same time. It was Milo. You then ran towards the source where he screamed and Kane followed right behind you. Then you came across a campsite. There, you see men that had the same masks as Kane's men, Dr.Sweet and his friends, a woman that looked similar to Kane, and then your very scared older brother, Milo.  Dr.Sweet noticed you and smiled. You then ran towards Milo and the others. Milo then noticed you and started to cry tears of joy and relief. You two hugged as if you two were to never see each other again. Kane and the mysterious woman looked at you two in confusion.  Then you hugged Dr.Sweet as hard as you hugged Milo. From the corner of your eye you saw Kane get a little angry and you thought that it was cute. Milo then pulled you from your embrace.

"(Y/n) where were you!? We thought that you died with the others!! Do you know how worried we were about you!" Milo screams. You swore that your eardrums popped because of his screaming. 

"Milo I was saved. I woke up shore not even an hour ago. Then Kane found me and healed my with his crystal. Then I heard your girlish scream when I went to find you guys cause I had a feeling that  you were okay. You should be thanking Kane for saving me" you replied calmly. Milo shook his head and then hugged you again. Then he pulled away.

"(Y/n), I don't know if you know, but these people are Atlantians. Atlantis is real" He said and you looked at him and then Kane in shock. Atlantis is actually real. Then you realized that you speak and read in their language.

Italics is the Atlantian language

"Oh my god. Kane I never knew that you were Atlantian. Thank you again for saving me"  you spoke their language. Kane and the mysterious woman looked at you in shock. They didn't know that a woman like you can speak a language that was dead to modern society. Kane smiled while the woman frowned at you and that made you a little uncomfortable. You then zoned out when Milo started to talk to the woman whose name that you learned that was Kida . You just stared off into space when a hand touched your shoulder. It was Milo. 

"Hey! Everyone is leaving with Kida and Kane. Come on or you will get left behind" he quickly said and then ran. But you stood there for one more moment and looked up to the sky. You and Milo finally did it. You finally found Atlantis. You imagined your grandfather and your parents smiling down at you. You got this far and now the only thing left is to continue. You looked at the group that were slowly walking away from your vision and smiled. You then ran as fast as you could to catch up. Eventually you caught up with Milo and Dr.Sweet who never left your side. And when you saw Atlantis, you were in awe. It was beautiful. And soon you and Milo would be the ones to help protect this sacred place. 

It was only a small matter of time.
