Genderbent Melody from "The Little Mermaid II" Part Four

Welcome back! It has been a while since I updated the story that you love. This is part four out of five of this story that everyone has requested. And now for the quick recap! So we left off to you and Michael setting off on a journey for King Triton's trident. Along the way you meet a penguin and a walrus named Tip and Dash and all four of you became fast friends and then set off on the journey once again. But then it took a turn for the worst when Michael decided to flirt with a mermaid and engage in conversation with her friends. You got mad and then you and your oblivious crush decided to argue which left your bond potentially severed forever. You went back to Morgan and instead of being fake and an ass he took sympathy and made you a necklace that gives you the opportunity to change into a mermaid when you please. He then lets you go into the water so that you van go home. Now we're all caught up! On with part Four!!!!!

Once Morgan placed you in the water, you immediately made a break for it. You swam faster than you could ever imagine. You wanted to get out of the mess that Michael put you in the minute you had the chance. You swam to a cave that was nearby. By now you were about halfway from returning home. You then swam further into the cave until you reached an opening. You them reached the surface of the water.

You went to the nearest rock that you could find. You then sat on the rock and proceeded to cry.  You thought of what happened. You kinda felt awful because you thought you were being overdramatic. But you were only helping Michael pay his debt back to Morgan. You then started to think about other things. Like how you for yourself into this mess in the first place. Oh the things you do for love. It was sad really, you were in love with him since like forever and he was stupid enough to not notice. Also what would happen when you get back. Would you tell the king and queen that you basically abandoned your best friend? Would you be willing to face their wrath and own up to the consequences? What about your father? Would you face him? Look him in the eye and say that you fell in live with a prince only for it to have it backlash in your face? All of these thoughts swelled in your brain as tears leaked from your eyes. That's all you did and could do at t moment. Meanwhile Arian is still looking for you and Michael. He regretted what he did and he couldn't believe that he tried to break up a friendship that made his son happy. Sure you were reckless here and ere which resulted in a cut or a bruise or two.  It you never had malicious intentions. You wanted to let Michael have fun and turns out that the more time he spent with you the happier he became. Let's say feeling like shit was an understatement. He swam to find a trail if where you two might be, but that won't last long.  Meanwhile in Atlantica Michael had just gotten the trident and swam as quickly as he could out of the city. But he couldn't help but think of you. He felt guilty for acting like a dick. He knew about your intentions and he began to realize that he took you for granted. He led you from your home to run away with him and it ended up with you leaving in tears. He had to shake his thoughts for a while as he swam towards the direction of Morgan's lair. And now it is back to you. You cried until there were no more tears and then you saw the water move. You were cautious of what was going to happen and utter shock to presence in your face as Arian popped his head up from the water. He looked at you and then immediately went into questions.

"[Name]! What are you doing here? Where's Michael? Where have you guys been? How are you a mermaid?" He asks frantically.  You stayed quiet for a while before answering.

"Your Majesty. I need you to calm down for a second before I answer any of your questions. First off, Michael insisted that I come with him away from the kingdom. Second, we have been traveling across the seas to pay Michael's debt to the man that granted us the ability to become mermaids. Third, things have been complicated so that's why I'm here" you answered. He looked at you with sad eyes. He spoke up after a few moments of silence. 

"[Name], I'm sorry about what happened a few days ago. I was just upset that you had more moments with my son than I did. So instead of accepting it I lashed out by calling you reckless that night. I hope that you find it in your heart to forgive me" he spoke with sadness laced in his voice.  You looked at him and smiled. 

"You can make it up to me by finding your son because I have a feeling that something bad will happen" you respond and his eyes light up. He nods and then then both of you dive into the water, swimming frantically towards where Michael is. You hoped that it won't be too late.
