The beginning of the day went by quickly and somewhat smooth, other than the constant questions about my injuries. I was relieved when the lunch bell saved me from yet another trivia game about my cast. Alistair was waiting for me in the hallway, as soon as I stepped out he scooped me up off my feet. I let out a yelp and gripped his shirt tightly, glaring up at him.

"You ass! Tell me before you do that." I sighed, hitting his chest and pouting. He wrapped his arms around my waist and picked me up slowly, pecking my cheek softly.

"I'm sorry, it won't happen again." Alistair smiled softly. I sighed and felt a smile form itself onto my face.

"It's fine, there's more important things to deal with. Like my hunger." I giggled, poking his nose and biting my lip. He chuckled and kissed my nose, grabbing my hand and intertwining our fingers.

"Then let's go get lunch." He said, walking towards the cafeteria. I tugged at his shirt and smiled shyly, pushing my head under his shirt and kissing his chest. He shivered and took a seat in the nearest seat to him.

"N-Naomi, what are you doing?" Alistair asked with a stutter. I smiled and poked his chest, popping my head through the shirts hole.

"Cold, you're warm." I mumbled, snuggling closer to him. Alistair chuckled and wrapped his arms around me.

"It's hard not to treat you like a child when you pull stunts like this." He said with a smile, ruffling my hair. I rolled my eyes and looked up at him, wrapping my arms around his torso.

"Can we just go home? I don't wanna be here anymore." I pouted, nuzzling his neck. He sighed and pecked my cheek.

"Alright, but I need to be the only one in my shirt." I sighed and pulled myself out of his shirt, puffing my cheeks and staring at him. He set me on my feet and stood up, holding my shoulders as we made our way to the office. Even if my education is important I wasn't feeling much up for the task, especially with all that was going on around this place.

"Um, Mrs. Jefferson. Would it be okay if I took Naomi home for the day? He isn't feeling all that well." Alistair smiled a little and rubbed my shoulders. I moved my gaze up to meet Mrs. Jefferson's and rubbed my eyes, leaning against Alistair's chest. She let out a sigh and moved some hair behind her ear, looking up at Alistair.

"Very well, but this is a one time thing, so don't count on it happening again." She said, slight sternness in her tone. He nodded and ruffled my hair a bit, making me blush a bit and fix my hair.

"Thank you ma'am." I said for Alistair, turning around and shoving him towards the door. With that she waved and went back to whatever she had been doing before we disturbed her.

"Okay okay, Naomi I can walk." Alistair chuckled, stopping and picking me up. I sighed and rolled my eyes, feeling my cheeks heat up.

"You know, I can walk on my own." I grumbled, flicking his nose. He simply chuckled in response and kissed my forehead, walking out of the building and heading to his car. I rubbed my forehead and sighed, rolling my eyes in annoyance. He set me in the passenger seat and ignored my comment, getting in and starting the car. I looked up at him and puffed my cheeks again, blushing deeply at the passing thought I had and quickly looking down at my lap.

"What?" Alistair asked with a smile. I bit my lip and shook my head in response, not daring to respond verbally. He chuckled and started driving, heading straight to the house.

"What, do you want me to ravage you again?" He asked with a smirk. My breath hitched and I punch his shoulder.

"Shut up!" I shouted, crossing my arms over my chest. He chuckled in response and rubbed his arm, pretending I actually did damage as he pulled into the driveway.

"You two are boring." I heard an unfamiliar voice come from behind me, making me jump a little. Alistair seemed just as spooked, looking in the back seat and slowly a small smile formed onto his lips.

"Greg, you son of a bitch. Get out of my car." He said with a small sigh. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at Alistair with curiosity, until I saw the guy referred to as Greg sit up from the seat. The first thing I noticed were his piercing green eyes, blinking a little.

"You must be the dashing Naomi." Greg said, sarcasm dripping from his tone. I frowned, already disliking him with great passion.

"I'm Greg, nice meeting you kid." He shrugged, waving at me and climbing over Alistair to get out of the car. I felt anger bubble up in my stomach, glaring at Alistair as he let the action happen.

"Well, that was interesting." Alistair chuckled, scratching the back of his neck. I rolled my eyes and got out of the car, looking over at Greg and flipping him off as I walked up the porch. He laughed and walked in before me, leaving the door wide open.

"That's no attitude to have with your future brother in law mister." He pipped, I growled and sat down on the couch, glaring at him. Alistair stepped into the room and looked between the two of us, slumping his shoulders and sitting beside me.

"Naomi, this is my ass of a brother, Greg." he finally explained. I simply nodded and leaned against Alistair, looking Greg over.

"Who's older?" I asked. Greg chuckled and raised his hand, Alistair rolled his eyes.

"Only three years difference." He grumbled. I giggled and poked his nose.

"Hun, that's a big age difference."
