(Mishell picture)

"Naomi! My dashing prince will be late for school if he shall remain in bed!" Mishell called from the living room, I groaned and sat up slightly, shielding my eyes from the sun.

"Shut up Mishell!" I called back, I heard her giggle and rolled out of bed, hitting the floor with a thud. Slowly I got up and went to my closet, slipping into a floral shirt but immediately taking it off, putting on a black band T-shirt and jeans.

"Hurry up." Mishell groaned, I smiled and slipped on my combat boots.

"Ready!" I yelled, running into the living room. Mishell stopped me and looked me over.

"You're wearing that?" She asked with a sour tone, I smiled and nodded.

"Why? Not gay enough for you?" I teased, running out the door and to the parking lot.

"You're lucky I've known you for so long." She sighed, I twirled on my toes and fell over.

"Yeah, lucky." I huffed, she shot me a glare and I got up.

"Don't look so glum, here comes Romeo in his grand red chariot." I teased, she looked at the mustang coming into the lot and blushed.

"D-do I look ok?" Mishell asked, checking her makeup in a small mirror, I shrugged.

"You look like a girl to me." She gave me a well duh look which made me laugh. She straightened her dress and smiled slightly at Alistair who simply nodded to her and grabbed my hand.

"Shall we?" He asked, I sighed and nodded, linking arms with Mishell.

She looked surprised and slightly angry, which isn't a good mix for her.

"Mishell, you ok?" I asked her, she nodded and looked at her feet as she got into the back seat. I flopped down into the passenger seat and took a deep breath.

"Tell me Naomi, and I want the truth, do you have feelings for Alistair?" I was dumbfounded by Mishell's question.

"N-No, unless disliking him counts." I smiled, she nodded and looked out the back window, Alistair was grinning, also not good.

"Is that the truth?" Alistair asked, I scratched my arm nervously.

"Sure it is, why wouldn't it be?" I smiled, Alistair started the car.

"She asked for the truth, tell her the truth." He was grinning a bit bigger, I held my tongue and looked from him to Mishell.

"I-I..." I stopped talking and looked out the window.

"No. I don't have any feelings for you Shakiato, get over yourself and realize this." I snapped, Alistair and Mishell exchanged surprised glances and looked back at me.

"Sorry." Mishell mumbled, I sighed and shook my head. "You're fine."

Alistair cleared his throat and began to drive to the school, occasionally looking over at me. Mishell noticed and smacked him upside the head, making his forehead hit the car horn. I stifled a laugh and looked forward, watching as the school inched closer. I hopped out of the car as soon as it came to a stop, avoiding the crowd of people who worshipped Alistair.

"Naomi? Hey, haven't seen you in a while." I recognized that cheery voice instantly.

"Oh my god, Altair? Hey!" I exclaimed, running up to him and pulling him into a hug, Altair smiled and hugged me back.

"Nice to know I was missed." He laughed, I punched his chest and pulled away from him.

"Of course you were, Baka!" I exclaimed, he held his chest pretending to be shot.

"Ohno! I've been shot by an evil emo!" He laughed, falling to his knees and smiling, I smiled back and ruffled his hair.

"I'm not evil most of the time." Altair rolled his eyes and chuckled.

"I'll go with it, but that's a lie and you know it." I crossed my arms and glared at him, kicking his leg. Altair quickly held his leg in pain and stifled a laugh.

"You hit like a girl." He teased, I rolled my eyes.

"First off; Girls can hit very hard, and Secondly; Only girls hit like girls. I am not a girl.." I smarted off, he shrugged. I tensed as Alistair wrapped an arm around my waist.

"Hey Altair." He said in a bored tone, Altair stood up and dusted himself off, slapping his hand down on Alistair's shoulder.

"Watch it tough guy, he's not just a girl." And with that Altair was gone, leaving me with Alistair.

"Well then, I think someone's jealous." Alistair teased, I slapped him and walked off, bumping into the principal Mrs.Yuki .

"S-Sorry." I said hurriedly, Mrs.Yuki smiled and shook her head.

"You're fine hun, I wasn't watching my step." She looked over at the stunned Alistair and sighed, looking back at me.

"Boy trouble, I presume?" I half smiled and nodded, walking to my locker and tossing my bag inside it. Altair came up behind my locker door and slammed it shut,

making me jump. I turned my head and playfully slapped him.

"Asshole!" I exclaimed, he gave me a toothy grin and flipped his bangs from his eyes.

"You know it." He laughed, I rolled my eyes and laughed with him.

"Are you and meathead dating or something?" I stopped laughing and tilted my head slightly.

"Do I seem that stupid to you?" He blinked and shook his head

"I was just asking..." He sighed, I smiled.

"It's fine, Altair." He smiled back and pulled me into a bear hug, I laughed a little and hugged back. He released me and grabbed my hand gently, pulling me to class. Does Altair have feelings for me? I shook my head at the thought and took my seat next to Mishell. It wouldn't hurt to ask Mishell.

"Hey Mish, does Altair have feelings for me?" I asked in a hush voice, her face went white and she looked over to Altair.

"You didn't hear it from me but, yes." She whispered, shuffling her feet a bit. Okie dokie then, things are getting awkward.
