Felicia's POV

My first thought when I saw him was "wow look at how sexy he is, and he's talking to me" I didnt know whether to just wave and keep walkin or did he want me to wait for him to pull over and talk to me. So i just turned around and waved while mouthing "Hey." 

He gets in the turning lane and pulls into the McDonald's parking lot and parks his car and jumps out, runs over to me and says "Hey  what's up wit it? I thought you were going to school?"

I immediately respond with " I was hungry and figured I could work on my paper while I eat. Ya know, be fresh and ready for class" I smile so wide you'd think I just got a birthday gift or something. 

"I guess you were, do you mind if I join you?" he said while holding the door open for me to walk in.   "Umm yea sure thats fine, itll be the perfect time for you to tell me your name" I said, lookin at him with a crooked smirk on my face. I can't believe Im actually flirting with this guy, it's freaking me out but it feels good. 

"My name is Carter, now what's yours beautiful?"  I look at him and wonder why he's always calling me beautiful, but I just smiled and said "Felicia"

"Well Felicia, I really wanna get to know ya?" Carter said as we walked up to order the food. 

"Just one question first, why do you want to know anything about me?" I said , but I didnt get a chance to hear a response because it was time to order my food. While Im ordering my food I noticed that Carter went to pick a spot for us to sit at. He chose a seat close to the front window, right in front of the Verizon store where Terrence Im sure can see everything. Before I had a chance to even reconsider telling him I like to sit in a booth, my food was ready and he was waving me over. 

I sit down across from him and he smiles. "Now to answer your question Felicia, I want to get to know you because your a very beautiful woman with an amazing voice and you captured my attention. You act surprised that I actually wanna talk to you" He said so effortlessly

That's not exactly the answer I was looking for but who am I to say what he should be saying. Ive never had anyone be so interested in me before. At that moment I look up  and right into the eyes of Terrence staring at us from across the street. Immediately I felt guilty, like Ive done something wrong by sitting here with Carter. OOH! Carter I totally forgot he was sitting across from me. I look at him and he's looking in the direction I was looking in, but thank god Terrence was no longer in the window.

"You aight?" He looks at me with a puzzled expression.  "Sorry Carter it was nothing, like I told you earlier Ive got a lot on my mind and I have yet to finish my school paper. Which I was going to start while I was eating my breakfast. But someone came and changed the plans" I smiled. Just before I let him say anything my iPod vibrated. I looked down at the screen an saw that Terrence IM me. 

Terrence: You show up at my work out of nowhere to ask for money for breakfast so you can meet some guy? Who does that? Why couldnt he just pay for your breakfast? He some broke nigga?

 I read and re-read his message like I didnt read it right. I look up and he's staring at me like he's going to kill someone. Ive never seen him so mad before, well at least this mad at me. I look at Carter and he has a worried look on his face.

"Im guessing that's your boyfriend across the street and he just messaged you sayin he saw you sitting here with me?" Carter said as he stood up "I will leave so that I don't cause anymore trouble between you two".
