Felicia's POV

Omg, he's sitting next to me and he saw me cussin and whispering to myself. Ok Felicia calm down, just say thank you. "Thank You, Ive had a crazy morning and I'm worried about my school paper. Then you scared me and I lost my mind" I said, feeling stupid yet again for the third time since meeting him.

"It's okay I understand, I feel stupid too cause I don't even know why I'm still on this bus, I have a car hahahaha"  His laugh was so loud it made people turn and stare at us. I started laughing too, which made him laugh even more. 

"Well you have two choices, You can stay on bus till it heads back towards your car or you can get off at next stop and walk back up a couple blocks" I said, hoping that he stayed on and kept me company, and maybe give me his number. Oh lord, what am I thinking?

He then says " Ill get off at next stop, Im not afraid to walk a couple blocks, I would like to see you again if possible. I know we just met and you dont know me from adam, but here is my number just in case you wanna see me again too" He grabs my iPod and locks his number in. Someone else pulls the stop button and he stands up and smiles "I hope you call me soon beautiful " He says as he walks towards the door to get off.

All I could do was sit and stare at him as he exits. I look down at my iPod, realizing he put his number in my contacts. I start searching through my limited  list of people to find a  name I didn't recognize... But I couldn't find one, however I did see a number listed at the bottom with no name. I assumed that was his number,  now I wont know what to call him when and If I decided to contact him. I'm really surprised that he even wants to see me again. It's not that I think Im ugly or anything, but i dont think Im pretty enough to catch the attention of someone so fine. I mean Terrence always tells me Im gorgeous, but as a sister and not someone he'd be interested in. 

 My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the computer voice coming through the speakers "Next stop East town shopping center"   I then think to myself, I can get off now and go see Terrence while he's at work. Or I can go to school and talk to my teacher about an extension on my paper hmmm I think Im going to get off here.

I push stop button and exit bus in front of Mcdonalds. My stomach starts to growl at me, reminding me I forgot to feed myself before leaving the house this morning. I then remember why I got off and I turned around just in time to see Terrence pulling into work across the street at Verizon Wireless. I put my hands up to my mouth and I yell at him before he has a chance to go in.

 "EY CUZ WAIT, DONT GO IN"  He turns to look at me, and smiles immediately. I push crosswalk button a million times, like somehow that makes the light change quicker. Finally after what seemed like forever the walk icon came up an I ran across the street only to be welcome into Terrences' warm arms.

"What are you doing over this way girl, shouldnt you be at school right now? I know ya momma would have an episode if she found out you was skipping" he said to me while he was hugging me. His arms felt so good wrapped around me, I didn't want him to let me go. 

"Man momma went crazy on me this morning Tay. She even left me on purpose after screaming at me to hurry up, so that's why I was on the bus. Oh and by the way I need to borrow a few dollars so i can go back across the street and get me some breakfast" I said while looking up at him with puppy dog eyes and my bottom lip sticking out.. 

"I like how you show up at my job insisting on me paying for your breakfast" He said while handing me a $5 bill.  I snatch the money out of his hand "Well if you would hurry and make some money, we could finally start looking for apartments and I wouldnt have to deal wit ma's attitude. Which is why I'm hungry in the first place. Oh and lets not forget that you INSISTED on coming over lastnight to watch a movie that resulted in me not finishin my school paper, you sooo owe anyways" I said as I stared at him like I had an attitude

 You see, Terrence and I have been talking about getting a 2 bedroom apartment. That way he can get away from his parents and me away from my crazy mother. 

"Well little miss priss I would be at work right now making money if you weren't out here bugging me like a homeless person or something. and all you had to do lastnight was tell me that you had to finish your paper and I would have left you alone this is all your doing." He said. 

I just looked at him like for real. I was only playing an he gets a real attitude like the $5 was  a big deal to him, and I thought he'd be happy to see me. As if he read my mind he said "I know what your thinking right now, and Im not mad at you. I just meant to say that Im trying to make this money so that we can get a spot, but I cant do that out here. Take the money go get you some food and start writing that paper" at that moment he grabbed my face to look up at him.

I felt electricty flow through my body at the touch of his hand on my face and then I saw something flash across his eyes. I stared at him as if I could read his mind to figure out what it was that made him look like that. Or was it is just me seeing things. I dont understand Terrence sometimes, his moods change from happy to sad in a flash.

"Felicia are you listenin to me?" Terrence said after he got no response. 

"Yes I heard you cuzn, I'm sorry. I just have a lot on my mind right now. Thank you for the money I'll pay you back when I get my check in two days" I said. He looked at me with a pained expression like I had hurt his feelings. "Would you just call me T or Terrence from now on? I'm not too fond of the cousin part aight?" 

"yea sure T" I dont know where that came from but  I gave him one last hug and turned to cross the street. As Im waiting for the light to change, i turn around to see him walking into work with his head down. I really hope that I didnt put him in a bad mood by what I had said.

'DING"

I heard the walk signal chime and as I was walking I heard a horn, beeping at me.   BEEP BEEP "Hey beautiful, where you going now?" I look around and I see Mr. Perfect hanging out the window of his range rover smiling at me.
