Pinetree?

Hmm it seems the currents are changing must be some storm, but whatever as long as it doesn't ruin this for me I'll let the storm be.
"Brother." Will called out of breath as he swam up to me, his own jewelry jingling each time his body moved.
"What is it Will." He was pretty distressed by his facile expression.
"A boat hit some rocks. Just a few meters from our border. It's going down." He replied trying to catch his breath.
"Alright I'll go have a look, if the guests arrive tell them I'll be there shortly just a small matter I need to take care of."
"Alright, the boat hit near wish men's rock." Will informed me.
Wish mens rock wasn't to far away actually so it would only be a mere few minutes before I would arrive.
"Alright Will, I shall return."
I said as I swam off to wish mens Rock, it sounds nice but the truth it we nicknamed wish mens Rock after countless humans ran into the shallow rocks hidden by the murk of the water, they all wished for us to give them 'mercy', but unfortunately for them I'm not that generous. Soon the ship was spotted it indeed was torn up at the bottom with no prayer of recovery, lucky me.
I surfaced so I could see what was going on above ship as the storm raged on. As usual a well built crew of about 20 where all miserably scattering like shrimp, such pitiful creatures. I did however notice something different, a young boy who looked about 15? 16? Was being tossed around by the ships force, I couldn't help but feel pity for him. I went under as I noticed his stare.
'I hope he didn't see me, well even if he did he's gonna die anyway.' I stayed in the depth and watched as the crew all fled to the life boat.
'Perfect it will be much easier to drown them now.' I thought as a flicked my tail and swam towards the small life boat. I was almost to the boat when I heard a splash, no not like the splash of wood from the ship falling, no this sounded like a body.
Turning around I noticed the outline of a smaller figure, 'so they left the boy on the ship.'
I watched in wonder as his body was thrown against the unmerciful waters of my ocean but he still kept trying.
'Maybe there are more to humans then I thought, although even a human as determined as this won't last long he's already starting to show signs of hypothermia.' Deciding to send some guards after the boat I swam to the boy who was thrown underwater by a wave.
Seeing his limp body I circled over him before grabbing under his arm and lifting his head out.
My frills and tail glowed and the water did as I asked and calmed, though still rain came down. Looking around I couldn't find any sign of land or a rock that wouldn't impale him.
He was going in and out of consciousness but he was to weak to comprehend what was going on.
'Well shit what do I do.' He started to lose color, "shit shit shit." My mind went blank it would be so easy to let this kid die but for some reason I couldn't.
'I, Bill Cipher prince of the sea, known for my violent tendencies and ability to kill whoever and whatever I want couldn't let this one human die.'
Looking at the sky then back to the boy I decided I knew what I had to do.
'This is going to be repulsive.' I told myself as my scales started to glow again, I then kissed his cold wet lips and both our body's glowed a light gold. Once the light faded I released the kiss. 'He isn't moving, did I do it right?'
Suddenly he sprang to life and jumped, or flailed is more correct, out of my arms and punched me right in the nose.
"Arh kid what was that for!" I snapped clutching my hand over my nose.
He stopped and stared at me for a few good second.
"Like what you see." I teased, hey if he's gonna make it awkward by staring I may as well contribute.
"Your a meremaid!? "
"I prefer merman." I said showing of my golden tail and frills.
"What? Wait a minute! How am I alive and what happened to the storm and-" question after question this kid threw at me.
"Kid there's plenty of time for talking later but right now I have a very important meeting." I said.
'I can't really leave him here even though he can now temporarily stand the temperature and breath underwater. The spell should last about 2 hours and this meeting shouldn't take that long.'
"Kid come on follow me." I said grabbing his hand and pulling him under.
He freaked out and started kicking and punching, he appeared to be holding his breath.
"Kid relax and just breath."
He shook his head and continued to try and get out of my grip. 'I have to think of something before he hurts himself, or more importantly me.'
Thinking I came up with an idea, moving swiftly I slapped him across the face with my tail, not very hard just enough to get his attention.
"What was that for!" He blurted out then quickly covered his mouth waiting for the water to flood his lungs, which it wouldn't.
"See Pinetree It's fine you can breath." I smirked.
"Wait, Pinetree? My names Dipper."
"Nah I'm gonna stick with Pinetree." I said as I playfully poked the Pinetree printed on his bandana.
"Now let's go I'm already late as it is." I said as I pulled us both back to my underwater kingdom.
"Wait can you at least tell me your name."
"Bill Cipher, and I'll be sure to answer all your questions later but for now it's time for a party." I said as the castle came into view.
