Well here we are, one week to the concert, and it is very noticeable that One Direction is in town. I can't go anywhere without there being crowds of screaming girls. It's sort of annoying.

Da and I get weird looks everywhere we go, I don't know why, but da usually just says, "It's because I'm gay isn't it?" They usually look away after that.

At this moment in time, da and I are on our way to his boss's house, to pick up three tickets to see One Direction. How he did this, I have no idea. He's got a surprise for me though. Not sure what, and he knows I hate surprises.

I didn't say anything to Victoria, or Hannah. I'm waiting to tell them tonight when they come over. Is it sad that they've never been to my house? I know we've been friends for years, but they're just now coming over tonight.

Finally, we arrive to da's, boss's house. It's really nice. Ours is about the same size. We were going to move since it's just the two of us... But I grew up in that house, and we had too many memories. We couldn't leave it.

We're greeted by his boss, and his two sons, about my age. I wasn't really paying much attention to them. I could tell they were looking at me though. It didn't phase me at all. Everyone stared at me all the time anyway. What's two more people?

"Hey guys, welcome to our home." Da's boss, Dustin says, "These are my boys, this is Demetry, he's sixteen," Dustin says, pointing to the shorter one, whose got a military style hair cut. "And this is Daniel, he's seventeen." He finishes. Daniel isn't much taller. He has brown hair, I guess they both look similar, and a lot like their dad.

I look at them both and smile, with a small wave. "Hey guys, I'm Jacob, this is my daughter Sapphire, she's seventeen." Da says waving at them.

They do a single wave, and return the smile. I admire that they aren't judging my da. Every person I meet judges my da. So he's totally fabulous, what's wrong with that?

"Would you guys like to hang out for a couple hours, or something?" Dustin asks, holding his arms out in invitation.

I look at da, who is already looking at me. I don't mind, Hannah and Victoria aren't expected until around eight. I just shrug my shoulders, why not? I could socialize every now and then. Da smiles, looking back to Dustin.

"Sure, we've got some time." Da says.

"Excellent!" I hear Demetry and Daniel say, in unison. It was so creepy, but kind of adorable at the same time. I chuckle a little before following them inside, leaving da and Dustin to talk about their work.

We were all having a great time, so happy I've made some new friends, I didn't notice how late it was getting. I glanced at the clock, it was almost seven o'clock. The boys looked at my facial expression, not too sure what it was myself, but they seemed a little upset looking at the clock.

"I'm sorry, da and I should be going soon. I have some friends coming over tonight." I look at them, I couldn't help but laugh when they frowned exactly the same way, at the same time.

"Bye! Da and I will visit again soon." I said, before making my way through the house to find da. I found him sitting in the living room with Dustin, watching the football game. "Da, we need to go. I forgot to keep track of the time. Victoria and Hannah will be at the house soon, and we are not there. I said, hoping we'd make it home before they get there."

"Okay love. I will meet you outside." Da says. "Dustin is going to give me your tickets, and your surprise." He finishes.

I say a quick thank you and goodbye to Dustin, and then make my way outside. "Come on da." I say, how long does it take to pick up three tickets?

"Thank you. They are going to love this!" Da says, walking out of their house. He finishes walking the distance to the car. "You ready to go?" He asks, a smile spreading across his face wider.

"Yeah." I tell him. "What's that smile?" I ask him really curious.

"Oh, you guys will see later." He says, keeping his eyes on the road.

We pull into the driveway, just as Hannah and Victoria arrive. "Hey!" I yell, getting out, and shutting the door. "We're just getting home, as you can see. We went to Da's boss's house." I tell them. "We just had to pick up something." I add with a smile.

"Oh? And what's that?" Hannah says, curiosity spreading on her face.

"You will see later." I say laughing. I couldn't help but smile when they both glared at me.

The three of us headed inside, leaving their mum and my da to talk. We walk inside, and I show them around my house.

"Why so much space if it's just you and your da?" Hannah asks, following me into the kitchen. I was already going for the cookies.

I look at the phone, not seeing any new messages, I frown, Niall should have called already. "We were going to move, but we've got too many memories here." I tell her.

We've been hanging out all night, playing games in the game room, da joining us sometimes. He walks over and leans down to whisper in my ear. I just nod and join back in the game. I notice da walk back in with a huge smile on his face.

"Okay guys. Da and I have something for you." I shout over the music of our game, walking over to pause it.

"Yay!" They both yell at the same time, walking over to stand in front of Da and I.

"So, da talked to his boss the other day, and Dustin pulled a few strings for me. So I was wondering, would you guys maybe, want to go to the One Direction concert with me?" I ask holding the tickets out for them.

"Shut up! You can't be serious." Hannah screams. I look at Victoria, who is already screaming at the top of her lungs.

"Can I just take that as a yes?" I ask as they both run up and hug me.

"WAIT!" Da says. This time, it was my turn to be confused with them.

We waiting impatiently for him to continue. "Dustin knows a few of the people who work with the band, and he scored you a few of THESE!" He says, holding out three backstage passes in front of him.

All of us scream together and run to hug da. "Who is your boss? I need to get my parents on that." Victoria says, taking her ticket to look at them.

"That's for sure." Hannah agrees, doing the same.

The rest of the night was amazing. We stayed up until super later, most of the time in the game room. Even da played games with us. I think it's safe to say, I have the greatest friends. Ever.

Hey guys, sorry this one was so long. I hope you stilled liked it though. The Daniel I'm using in here is the Daniel from The Janoskians. Let me know what you thought of it. If you didn't like it, I'm really sorry. Let me know what I can do that would make you enjoy it a little more. Thanks loves!
