Never Leave My Side (Chapter Eighteen)

*Sapphire's Point Of View*

"Well that was fun." I said walking into the kitchen to help da clean up.

"Yeah. They really enjoyed those steaks you made." He chuckled while rinsing some plates. "Oh, and Dustin wanted me to thank you for making Daniel eat." He turned to smile at me.

"It wasn't that difficult actually. I told him if he didn't eat then I would kill him. So he couldn't say no. Plus, once he took that first bite of steak, there was no stopping him." I chuckled to myself. Daniel actually looked like a wild animal after the first bite. I was surprised he still used the fork. 

Da and I finished the dishes and cleaned the kitchen up quickly, joking around a few times. Standing back to make sure we got it all, then high-fived at our wonderful job. I jumped suddenly when my phone started ringing in my pocket. I pulled it out looking at the ID. 

"Hey you." I said putting the phone to my ear smiling.

"Hey! I've got something funny to tell you!" He said, then told me about what happened with Louis this morning.

"Niall James! That's so mean." I said letting out a few giggles quietly. "You don't like cool showers anymore than he does." I stated. 

I heard his laugh on the other end, making me smile wider. "I know. And that's why it was so funny at the time, because he always leaves us with cool showers."

"Yeah. That makes since." I replied walking from the kitchen now. "Give him a taste of his own, right?" I asked.

"Right you are, my lady!" He said with a quick laugh. 

"So, what are you lads doing today?" I asked lounging on the couch with my head back.

He sighed quietly. "I'm not really sure. Liam hasn't told us yet. I know we have a show tomorrow night, then move on to the next city." He paused. " I wish I could come see you, love. I miss you so much." He said quietly, almost sounding sad.

I frowned. "Listen. I miss you so much too. But I am so proud of you. I knew you would never give up on this dream. Now look at you. Everyone loves you to pieces." I said to him.

"I know. And I also know you don't share well with others." He said. I heard him and I think a few others chuckle. 

I scoffed. "I do too share well with others." I said with hurt in my voice. 

"Sure you do." Niall remarked sarcastically. 

"Alrght lads. Let's go." I heard Liam yell in the back. 

With a sigh Niall said a quick 'okay' to Liam. "Alright. I guess we do have something going on then." Niall said sadly.

"It's okay. You can call me later. I'm always here." I reassured him.

"Yeah, I know. I will call you later. I promise." He paused. "I'll talk to you later. I love you." He said to me.

"Okay. I'll be looking forward to it. Go and have fun. I love you too." I said with a smile. 

I heard him sigh before he hung up. He sounded so tired, and I know he loves his sleep. Maybe when they get to come visit, we can just lay around and relax. He can just relax and sleep all he wants. 

I sat thinking to myself when I suddenly had a plan come to mind. I sat up quickly, pulling my phone out once again. I really need to call Tori. I know she won't protest. Well I hope not.

*Hannah's Point Of View*

I can't believe Tori tricked me into eating. She know I love pizza! She can be so unfair sometimes. I told her I wasn't hungry, even though my stomach would protest against me. Then she goes and orders pizza anyway! Oh well. I do feel a little better after eating. I'll have to thank her later. 

Tori just left because her phone started ringing, and she just "had to take this." I rolled my eyes. I don't care. I have pizza. Nothing else matters right now. 

I was in the middle of chewing when my phone beeped next to me on my table. I hesitated before looking at it. No one has texted me for days. I leaned over picking it up. I looked down and unlocked it tapping on my messages. My heart picked up and I let a smile spread on my face. 

From Daniel: "Hey stranger. Remember me?"

How could I not? Hello!

To Daniel: "Umm... Hi? Aren't you that one guy I'm completely in love with? That one guy I can't seem to get off my mind? Was it Dracke, you said your name was?" I replied to him. 

He's just so cute. My phone beeped and I read it quickly.

From Daniel: "It's Daniel, but yeah. That sounds pretty accurate actually. Lol. How have you been babe?" He asked.

To Daniel: "Well... I would say great... But then I would be lying. Honestly, I've been a mess. I've been crying, and Tori tricked me into eating for the first time in days today... Blasted pizza...." I told him.

From Daniel: "I know what you mean. My family and myself went to Sapphire's tonight for a BBQ and she made me eat. And if I didn't, she said she's kill me. So.. I went with the food. But please don't cry. I know this is hard, and I miss you... But please don't cry." He replied a few moments later.

"Hannah!! Come here please!!! We need to talk!!" Tore yelled from the other room. This can't be good.

Sighing, I stood up and put my phone in my pocket. "What do you want?" I asked walking from my room to the office room, where she sat smiling.

"We're going on a road trip!" She said excitedly.

"Oh joy!" I said sarcastically. "Where ever could we be going?" I asked un-enthusiastically.

She grinned but shook her head. "I can't tell you. But go pack! We leave when mum and dad get home." She waved her arms out shooing me away.

I rolled my eyes. She knows I hate surprises, and this one is going to eat me alive. I really hate this...
