The house in the forest #4

When we get back to the house we start looking for max but he is nowhere to be seen. I hear crying in the hall closet. I recognize that cry so I open the closet door only to see another ring just like the one we put in Mandy but I have her ring right in my hand. I call for my grandma. She comes up and says "oh no"   "What happened" I ask "Max put on the ring and now he is a doll. Everyone that puts on a dolls ring turns into one then he makes his own ring just like the one he put on. There are 3 stages of turning into one 1. Transforming. 2. Making the ring   3. Killing there first victim. I doesn't matter who they are if they do all of those they become an evil doll forever." She says "so what do we do and who is going to be his victim?" I say "EMMA" she says dashing downstairs "what about Emma" I ask "the dolls always target little girls first then move on" she says "why" I say getting downstairs "I don't know that's just how it works". We find Emma in the kitchen with max behind her. We get Emma out of the way and trap max it took us a while but we got him. "Ok we got him what now I ask " we have to tie him to a chair put a circle of salt around him and candles then we have to say a spell...where is that paper I gave you" she says "right here" I say reaching in my pocket and taking it out. We do what she says and grandma sits outside the circle in front of max. I sit to one side and Emma sits on the other side. We chant the words on the paper many times really loud as max starts shaking. Then all goes silent and the candles go out. I pull out my phone and use my flash light max is gone but grandma and Emma are still there. "Grandma what happened" I ask "he should be in his room in bed sound asleep"she says. We go in there and we see just that max and his normal human self. We put the rings in a box in the basement then we put the box in the brick wall. The whole time mom had been gone at the grocery store when she came home we were waiting for her at the door. "What's up with you guys and mom I didn't know you were coming to visit" she said "I just thought I should visit for a while" grandma says. Mom puts to food on the counter "wait I know what you have been doing today" mom says I expected to hear her yell at us but instead..."you guys spilled salt all over the floor and didn't clean it up" mom says "yup that was us we are messy" I say "yah it's not like we fought an evil doll or something" max says we all look at him "well good now who's ready for dinner" mom says "ME" we all say. Ever since then me and grandma have been very close.
