The Daughter Of Thieves

3rd grade

I was just starting to eat lunch when Sammie sat down, her dirty blonde hair that went down to her shoulders,in flats, a short skirt, and a cute pink tank top her best friend necklace rested on her neck .Unlike her I wore black crop top with a blood red tank top under my black "short" shorts, my black heel boots and my now burnette hair rested on my shoulder baldes with a red bow. (Sam and I were very different from each other back then but now that time has passed and we where basically the same person.) Nate and Cathy followed her.

"Hey y'all." Sammie smiled and the smile was contagous. Soon everyone started to smile and I mean everyone."Hey so who's ready fro the school year."

"Of course."

"I guess."

"Viy why do you say that?"

"Cause Jason is in my class this year and you guys know how much I like him." A loud groan escaped Nate."What?"

"That was all you talked about this summer Jason,Jason I'm starting to get sick with that name." Nate said but I ignored him as well as the others everyone liked Jason but Nate seemed jealous of him.Which almost every boy is our grade was like no joke.

"Just talk to him he likes you too you know."Sammie clamed up after that. I couldn't even hear her breathe.

"No he doesn't. I need some good advice any of you got any." The table went dead slient.I knew they were hiding something from me somethings I really want to know and really want to find out. Cathy broke the slience"Sorry don't have any."We finished lunch in total slience.

About 15 minutes later I started looking for Jason it took only a minute to find him in the crowd he was sitting with his usual group Mike,Bella,Chris,and Mackenzie.Mackenzie had her head on his shoulder and I looked away tear filled my eyes but didn't escape the burn felt soothing in someway.Finally we were free to head to class I got up and started to run to the bathrooms.

"See you guys later," I hollered behind me.I ran and ran as I could I looked down the hallway and there he was just a few feet away.I walked a little ways until someone put their foot in front of me and tripped me I couldn't tell who it was, but I didn't care I closed my eyes and I was bracing for the impact."aahh," It never came.I opened my eyes and I saw Jason his hair covering his forehead, his eye fixed on mine I soon realized I was in his arms. I was about to thank him in till what I thought was the best thing that had ever happened to me happened. I was greeted with his sweet warm lips his lips fit perfectly against mine. I didn't know how long we kissed, although by the time our lips parted everyone was watching us. MY FIRST KISS WAS WITH JASON WADE the voices screamed in my head.

"Thanks for catching me," was all I could say before I sprinted to class. The whole rest of that day was scary he just had to sit by me didn't he.

After recess I told my friends what happened and they were just as shocked as I was.While they talked about the subject I decide all this was a dream so I pinched myself hard and it hurt like a wasp stinging you. Nope not a dream. I just had my first kiss. For the rest of that year all the girls were crazy jealous of me even Mackenzie but that made me smile and that was what everyone talked about for 8 months striaght.I haven't spoke to him since.

I returned to reality I wanted to go back to that time in my life where if you liked someone it wasn't a big deal where life over all was easy. I wanted that so much, but before I could even finish my thought we pulled into the school parking lot.
