The Big Auditions

The big day has finally come the day I show the new my of to the world. It took my over an hour to get into a teal dress three or four sizes too big if these wonderful children weren't growing inside me and do my makeup and appile the light blue hair chalk on the tips of my hair. I had to look perfect.I check myself in the mirror a few times before my roommates/new best friends reacired me.

"Violet you look amazing."

"You going to be amazing today I can gaernette it."

"Thanks you guys."We huddled up into a big family sideways hug as we headed to Tammie's car. I sat in the back trying to stay positive util I saw the huge crowd of people waiting to be let in to audition.Sweat ran down my face and palms as we got closer to the building my tempertuare rose until I felt like I was on fire.The three of us walked into the building and waited for me to be called into the room that decides it all.My eyes wondered the halls as I stay still not moving a mussle.My body was so tighens for the longs time I was afraid that I would be stuck this I finally realxed when my name was called"Mary Jane your up."I walked towards the door and turn to see the last smile before my fate was sealed.The two girls smiled and gave me a thumbs as I took one last breath and entered the hall.

The judges sat their and stared at me.My heels clicked and clacked against the flooring as I took one last glance at the door."My name is Mary Jane Smith and I will be singing Won't Let You Go By Avril Lavigne.Here goes nothing."The music started playing behind me as I grabbed the mic and held it tightly in my hands.

I took a deep breath and stood their slient until one of the judges talked.

"Mary you were amazing a bit picthy at time but you keep on singing.You were confedient and I love seeing that in people."Adam Levine said looking me in the eyes when he blinked I blinked we were in sinc.

"Thank you."

"I agree Adam you were great and I love how you came up here not afraid of what people have to say about you but just one question how old are you."

"I'm 16 mama."

"Well I can tell your going to be a great mother and hopefully great musician."Blake Shelton was the next judge to speak.I despirtly wanted him to like me he was my favorite country singer ever and if he said I was great he must be speaking the truth.

"Mary Jane you should be pretty impressed you got passed the harshs judges on this show and if they like you I should like you too.I can't wait to see you be a great musician and in order to do that you need to win so congrates you have made it to round one." I couldn't speak all I could do was cry tears of joy, and jump up and down.

"Thank y'all so much." I ran out of the hall Tammie and Abby stood by the door."I got in I'm going to be on The Voice."We all screamed and jumped up and down and we couldn't stop smiling.

After the audition things went back to our normal plans we went to go pick up somethings for the twins and headed home.All they there I kept wondering if any back home saw me and reconized me.I doubt it but still it was just a thought.That night we went out to celebrate we went to the best restuant in the city and had the best food I've ever eaten in my life.When I went to bed I got the sleep I desivered no nightmares, no screams making my throat ach,no lullabies to calm me down, no speical attention, no nothing.Things were going to change for the better and I couldn't wait to see what happened next.
