Chapter 7

The next day I felt great. My body was not sore any more and the dizziness was gone. I felt stronger today. I looked at my alarm to see that I have slept in, which is a first for me. I sat up and stretched out all muscles. I picked out a clean outfit to change into before going to take a shower. By time I was done with every thing I went off to find Anu there was so much we needed to talk about and catch up on. It didn’t take me long to find her in dinning hall eating breakfast with Breeze. I grabbed a banana off the buffet before heading towards my friends, they didn’t even notice me sit down right in front of them. I gave them a few more minutes before I started speaking hoping they would finally notice me.

“So what’s the latest news around here,” I said before taking a bite of my banana.

They both jumped apart from each other blushing, making me raise an eye brow at them. I wander what’s going on between them I thought as I watch them closely. Anu was the first one to recover from the shock of me being here.

“Sapphire you really are awake. I thought it was just a dream,” she said coming over to me to giving me yet another hug.

“Of coarse I’m okay I knew I was going to wake up I’m stronger then that you should know that. Now do you want to tell me what hell is going on around here” I said the last part quite loudly.

“Well for starter’s Breeze and I are dating,” she slowly with a big smile on her face. My eyes widened at the new even though from looks of it earlier I could tell there was a little something, something going on between them, but I was still happy for them.

“Awe congrats guys so when did all that happen?” I asked my voice full of excitement.

“A day after your accident, I was so upset when they told me you slipped into a coma saying they don’t know when you will wake up ‘if’ you were going to wake up. Anyways Breeze was there to comfort me and then one thing lead to another by the next week we were girlfriend and boyfriend,” she said blushing

I gave Anu a smile before turning to Breeze with a glare. He looked really nervous I could see him having trouble swallowing. “you mister.” I said pointing at him “ if I hear that you hurt my friend in any way, shape, or form, I will hunt you down, cut of your balls with my favorite knife and nail them the front doors of this school as the new door knocker. Do you understand me,” I said in my most vicious voice I could master. By time I was done with my speech, Breeze has lost all the color from his face and I swear he was on the verge of fainting, was he even breathing? “I was kidding Breeze, breath your fine” I said shaking him a little. I looked back at Anu who was glaring at me.

“Did you really have to give him that speech Sapphire. The last time you gave someone that speech they dumped me and left for an all boy boarding school” Anu said upset. She looked like she was on the verge of tears. At the sound of her voice Breeze snapped out of his frozen state and ran to Anu and hugged her tight. He then looked at me with the most serious expression that I have ever seen on his face before speaking.

“I would never hurt her and I would never let anyone hurt her and when her birthday comes I will prove to you that I am her soul mate and that we are meant to be together” he said pulling Anu closer. They were so cute together. I am so glade I introduced them. I knew I would find out more about soul mates when I comes up in history, I only knew what my parents told me like we can only find our soul mate when we turn 16, but if your soul mate is a year younger, you’ll have to wait till their 16th birthday to find out if they really are your soul mate, and that’s all I know. I never actually read about it plus I need something new to learn.
