He.
I wake up to someone shouting in a whisper.
When I do finally open my eyes, it's the same dude that I've been seeing around since yesterday.
He has his back to me and is frantically pacing. Even though his whispers woke me up, I still couldn't hear what it was that he was saying. But it was obvious he needed to get something done.
He seemed to always disappear as soon as I woke up. The nurse from yesterday finally answered my unasked question.
His was the dude that caused my accident and then saved my life.
I found it hard to believe that he would willingly save me without an ulterior motive.
I just got out from one form slavery, I'm not about to willingly go into another one.
So I closed my eyes and willed myself to sleep with plots of escaping jumping around in my head.
I should have put the fact that I was seriously injured into consideration.
