Happiness, though a positive feeling is something you wouldn't know you wanted until it creeps up on you. You suddenly find yourself doing and smiling at little things you didn't quite take seriously.
Suddenly sleeping with him spooned into me with his head in the curve of my arm was something I looked forward to. And right on top of that list was watching his eyes sparkle as he laughed at something on the TV.
I have fallen in love with him.
I still didn't know as much as I would like to about him except the basics.

Our state of Happy bliss has been going on for about two weeks now and you would think I would learnt everything there was to learn about him with us being joined at the hip for the past one week. But he had so many layers on, I couldn't even begin to figure out his depth.
But I was fine with that.
After all I had the whole of eternity to peel off his layers.
He didn't know that yet. But I love him and I was going to love him enough for the both of us, I promised myself as I held on to him just a little bit tighter and drifted off to sleep to the beat of our hearts.
He was finally mine.
