Getting up early wasn't Maya ideal plan on a Saturday, but her Aunt really wanted her to come to a dress fitting for a friend of hers. Apparently, she's getting married to a man whom she's loved dearly for the past five years. But they weren't able to get married, until now.

"Wait, why am I coming when none of the girls there know me?" Maya asked her Aunt as they drove down the road.

"Oh but you do know them!"

Maya looked at her Aunt with a confused face. "Don't give me that look, you met the woman who's getting married when you were young. She adored you when you were little." Mayas Aunt explained to her. "I don't remember that."

"Well of course not, you were very young." The older woman laughed, "Wait till she sees you now, all grown up."

"I hope she's not expecting me to remember her." Maya nervously laughed and scratched her arm.

"It'll be fun. And it'll be a good experience for you, for when you get married."

Maya coughed loudly, "Sorry Auntie, but I'm not really planning on getting married anytime soon." Her Aunt laughed. "I know that, but for the future." Maya nodded, and stared out window.

Moments later, they arrived at a cute but classy dress shop in the middle of the city. They got out of the car and headed inside. Inside, it was unexpectedly beautiful. What seemed to be golden cherry blossoms ringed around a staircase going to an upper floor. The floors, ceiling, and walls were covered in gold and white swirled designs. Flowers in vases, and a reception desk sitting on the side of the medium-sized room.

The receptionist came over, "Hello, are you here for Autumns dress fitting?" My Aunt nodded, and the nice lady leaded us upstairs to where Autumn probably was.

"Here we are. Have a nice day." The lady left back downstairs. Maya and her Aunt walked into the large room, with five ladies sitting on some couches. One lady standing in front of a mirror in a magnificent wedding dress.

"Karen! So glad you could make it." The lady in the white gown cheered. She came over and hugged Karen. "Maya, you've grown so much. You've turned into a such a beautiful young woman." The woman grabbed Mayas hands and cooed. Mayas Aunt went over to the other five ladies, and greeted them.

Maya just smiled unsure of what to say, "Thank you." Maya lightly giggled.

"You don't remember me, do you?"

"No, not really." Maya blushed, but a smile still on her face. "It's alright! To be fair, you were quite young." Autumn announced she went back to face the mirror. She looked back at Maya and her Aunt. "What do you guys think?"

Maya inspected the dress some more, it was perfect she thought.

"It's beautiful on you Autumn!" Her Aunt cooed. "What do you think Maya?" Autumn stared at the younger girl.

Maya thought of what to say for a moment. "I think it's perfect on you."

Autumn smiled, and turned back to the mirror. "Thank you. I'm going to add this to the list of yes's. Now I've been trying wedding gowns all morning. I need to find bridesmaid dresses for you guys." Maya made yet another confused face.

"You didn't tell her Karen?" Autumn questioned the other woman.

"I wanted it to be surprise when we got here." Her Aunt smiled bright.

"I'm going to be a bridesmaid?" Maya asked, tilting her head. "Yes! I've never had many girl friends, and when your Aunt told me you were visiting for the summer. I thought it was perfect to have you has a bridesmaid!"

Mayas heart warmed at the thought of someone actually acknowledging her in a wedding. Someone who hasn't even seen her in forever. "Wow, well I'm honored." Maya gave a warm smile.

Autumn smiled back, and went out the door to find someone to help with the bridesmaid dresses.

"Hi I'm Rosa. Autumns cousin!"A woman with a cute pixie cut on her head came up too Maya, smiling big. Maya smiled and greeted her. "Hello, I'm Lillian, and this is Vanessa. We're sisters and other cousins of Autumn." They both had sleek brown hair, and perfect olive skin. Maya shook their hands.

"Juliana, Autumns sister." Another who looked like Autumn but with green eyes instead of brown, introduced herself. Maya smiled back at her. "And I'm Cassie, one of Autumns close friends." The curly-haired blonde smiled widely. Maya once again smiled back at the lady.

Autumn came back with a lady, with some baby pink dresses. She handed them out to the women in the room.

They all went into little changing rooms in the large room, and dressed into the gowns. Maya loved the dress very much, and she was never really a dress kind of gal. It sleeked all the way down to her ankles, it flowed when you walked. It had one strap with baby pink flowers on it, across one shoulder, connecting to the top of the dress.

She came out of the dressing room all the other girls were already out. "All of you look amazing in these!" Autumn cheered, she clapped her hands.

"They're very comfortable." Cassie stated. Everyone else nodded in agreement.

Everyone mumbled about the dresses to one another, until Juliana spoke. "Autumn," She began, "Who's going to be paired with Maya?" Autumn furrowed her eyebrows, she began thinking. Maya got slightly nervous, who would be her date to the wedding?

Her Aunt spoke up, "Doesn't your fiancé have a son around the same age as Maya?" Autumn then smiled huge. "Of course! You guys would be perfect!"

After she said that the other girls had a chorus of 'Awes'. Maya got curious as to who the boy is. "What's his name again?" Mayas Aunt asked.

"Jongin. But he goes by Kai." Autumn answered. Maya nearly choked on her own saliva. "You okay hun?" Autumn patted her on the back.

"Yup. Completely fine." Maya waved off, leaning against the wall. Maya couldn't believe that out of all people in Hawaii, that guy Kai just so happens to be the son of Autumns husband. Chances are, it could not be him.

If it is him, looks like she's going to be spending more time with that guy than she thought.
