For two months the girls of St. Augustine's boarding school for girls have been writing letters to the boys of St. Paul's boarding school for boys.

These schools are funny because they are exactly two miles apart, and the mascots are both the saints. Yes it's very funny.

The first letter received was from St. Paul's. The boys that is. The letter basically said stuff about how we should all meet up between campuses, at 12:30 a.m. So we would meet past curfew, and teachers would be asleep.

We haven't done it quite yet because we haven't got plan set and stone, but we'd all love to. Mostly because the rules at both schools are so strict, and we're all good at following them.

But of course, every good kid has an itch. What's it like to break the rules? To be "bad."

It's funny that we're the saints, because really, we're not.

The boys and girls from both schools share this feeling. Like we've all had something terrible bottling up inside. And the more we keep it in, the more we want to let it out. Like a fart.

So sorry, I had to add that.

My name is Lindsey and I'm part of the honors program at my school. There aren't very many of us, but we're a crew.

Apparently Peter from St. Paul's is in the same situation. We both have a crew of honors kids wanting to get a taste of life outside of rules and regulations.

The other three in honors are Ella, Jade, and Gracie.

They're all pretty inconsiderate people, I'm not gonna lie. Just not Gracie, even if she didn't care at all about what someone was saying, she would listen and pretend like she cared to make them feel better.

I'm not sure if anyone else notices, but I respect her for respecting others.

Enough about inconsiderate females, let's talk about the guys.

Peter tells me about the three others in honors at St. Paul's.

Hudson, Reece, And Jake.

I've heard plenty about this bunch from Peter, and I'm excited to go meet them all.

Dear Lindsey and honors,

Let's meet in between campuses, August 23 at 12:30 at the creek. Maybe we can even swim a little, I'm sure we'd all love to cool off on a hot August night.

See you then?

Peter and Honors.

See these letters are mostly between me and Peter, but of course we both read these out loud to our honors.

Ella always voices her opinion while I'm reading them, and never has good intentions.

And if we're gonna keep talking about people,
Jade is just plain stupid, and I have no clue how she ended up in the honors program.

Gracie is responsible and considerate and beautiful, it's crazy. Boy do I wish I were Gracie.

Anyway, all of the St. Augustine's honors have an inner slut, and my fear is that it might just come out when we meet up with St. Paul's honors.

But does it matter? No. The guys are probably in the same place.

Dear Peter and honors,

Let's do it

Sincerely,
Lindsey and honors

It didn't even have a whole sentence but it set up a whole night, a night we all anticipated for the longest week of our life.
