7. I'm gonna puke

Counting the hours was painful. But all worth the wait to see Hudson.

Ella carried the letter full of pink glitter pen markings and confidently walked ahead of us.

They were all there. Patiently waiting for us.

"Hey guys!" Ella said enthusiastically. "Hey Reece," she added with a smirk.

Ugh. Literal barf. She's trying so hard.

"Well!" Peter said abruptly. "How about we get started."

Jealous much? Haha.

"Guys read theirs first," Jake said.

Hudson very much disagreed, "ladies first right? Well... Actually I'm not mentally prepared. Please guess ours first."

Ella flattens out the list and holds it up for all us girls to see.

She hands the paper to Gracie, knowing that Gracie was obviously going to answer that one.

Gracie read it out loud.

"I don't talk much, but when I do, it's to tell Gracie how pretty she is :) $20
You see, I'd say it's Jake because you seem quiet, but you've never said anything about me being pretty? So I guess it's a secret and a lie."

Jake smiled at the ground.

"Well, that's why you get $20 and a kiss."

And then BOOM. None of us saw it coming. It all happened so fast. Jake kissed Gracie. She was just as shocked as any of us.

Gracie looked so startled holding the $20 and all she could get out was an enthusiastic, "oh?!"

Gracie handed the paper to me.

I read, "I love spiders $20.
Well, that's gotta be a good old Hudson lie!"

"Haha! Of course!" Hudson said handing me $20

I handed the paper to Jade and Ella, the last two to answer.

Ella read aloud, "when I walk through automatic doors I wave my hand and pretend I'm a Jedi $25

•one time I payed my sister five bucks to brush my teeth so I wouldn't have to get out of bed $25"

"Well geez I dunno," Jade said.

"Jade we just gotta wing this one."

"Okay well I guess the first one is Peter and a secret?"

"And the second is Reece and a lie?"

Reece and Peter looked at each other and made a sound somewhere between laughing and "OOOOH!" Some kind of exotic boy call.

Peter screamed, "YOU'RE BOTH WRONG!! Haha! Ella get over here!"

Ella walked right up to Peter and kissed him quickly but gave him a funny look like she liked it? That's just dumb because I know she likes Reece.

Jade slowly approached Reece and he kissed her as fast as possible, it didn't take long at all for Jade to sprint away from him and collapse on the ground screaming, "I'M GONNA PUKE I'M GONNA PUKE!"

Jade just laid there on the ground while we continued.

"Okay guys you can read ours," I said.

Reece pulled the folded paper out of his back pocket, and handed it to jake who began to speak.

"$10 when I was little I didn't kill myself because I had to know how Harry Potter ended. Boy that's gotta be a secret from pretty little Gracie over there!"

"Oh goodness," Gracie sighed giving him $10.

Jake gave the paper back to Reece.

"$20 I'm starting to like this guy... But I'm not sure if he likes me too because he's a little flirty with my friends. Followed by a disappointed face. Well it's gotta be Ella, but it can't be true."

"Yeah it's me, but you're very wrong."

Ella smiled and smiled and Reece pulled her in and UGH. Disgusting. But we were right. Ella was a good kisser. And it really showed when Reece kissed her.

All the guys made that sound again, "hahOOOOHahaOOH."

And all of us girls just stood there uncomfortably and mildly disgusted.

After that was all done with, the paper was handed to Peter.

"$10 I have a 75% in P.E. Because I refused to run the mile. OH ITS JADE WITHOUT A DOUBT!"

"Well yeah but it could be a lie."

"But Jade we all know it's not."

"Lol true," Jade said handing Peter $10.

Peter handed the paper to Hudson.

"$10 I can't tell if Hudson likes me or not. Ooh. Well Lindsay baby that's quite the lie."

Without letting me say anything or confirm that he was wrong,

 he just kissed me. 

What even the heck. My head was spinning! I was in such shock!

 Hudson pulled away and said,

 "You know I'm into you."
