"Today on California Up to Date, citizens in San Francisco experience movement on the Golden Gate Bridge."
Movement? Like the bridge was shaking or they pooped? This reporter needs help with her words.
"Also, farther South of California in Chino Hills, a suburb of Los Angeles, 17 year old student of St. Paul's boarding school goes missing for two days and is found in the basement of St. Augustine's boarding school by two students, Lindsay Preston and Hudson Bates, the young girl went to the school and had been living right above the crime scene without knowing it."
Oh my god. I'm on the news. I paused it to call Hudson.
1-800-Hudson
"Lindsay, hey."
"Hey! We're on the news!"
"Yeah I know."
"Are you okay?"
"Not really. The question is why are you okay?"
"Why wouldn't I be okay? We're on the news!"
"Are you sure you watched the news?"
"Yeah?"
"Clearly not all of it. Call me later okay?"
"Okay yeah."
I kept watching.
"The student found in the basement was unconscious and taken to the hospital. Investigators planned on asking the student questions, but he was announced dead soon after being taken to the hospital due to brain damage that investigators suspect were caused by his kidnapper."
Reece.
Reece was dead.
"Investigators searched the area of the crime scene and found an Apple MacBook, being used to make videos of the victim to taunt students. One video was found that had not been released was the victim pleading for help and telling about his kidnapper, 'the man in the mask.' He didn't know who the man in the mask was so finding him now is the hard part. Clips of him in the background revealed that he was about 5'8 and had an athletic built. Fingers quickly began pointing to William Woodward, who recently escaped prison, and was the assaulter in the previous basement attack 30 years ago."
