Chapter seven:

"Rise and shine!" a voice rang out. Willow groaned and opened her eyes to see Katie smiling down at her. Willow turned to see her alarm clock. It read 6:03 AM.

"Why are we getting up so early?" Willow yawned and fell out of bed. Katie smiled and zoomed to the door.

"Early training silly." Katie laughed and zoomed out the door. Willow put on her clothes for the day and slowly followed Katie. Willow came to this big room full of obstacles and weapon and test dummies and so much more! She looked around in amazement. In the corner of her eye she saw Benny using his breath to freeze a test dummy. He froze it completely solid and then it shattered into a million pieces. Willow turned to see Katie zooming around in a plastic ball and creating a powerful wind inside the ball and Ryan was lifting a 500 lb. metal block by just using his legs. He saw Willow and grinned.

"Hey newbie, you came to join the party!" he smiled and winked at her. Willow smiled back and saw General Wallows approaching her.

"So, show them what you can do newbie." General Wallows said gruffly and patted her shoulder. The team watched as Willow closed her eyes and concentrated. She then turned invisible. Everyone waited, it was so quiet that they thought she left the room.

"Over here!" Willow's voice rang out. They turned to see the 500 lb. metal block but they didn't see her there. All of a sudden Willow appeared on top of it with a big grin. Everyone clapped and cheered.

"That was cool!" Benny cheered.

"Yeah even better then last night!" Ryan laughed. Then they went quiet.

"You were out after 10?" General Wallows asked. The group looked guiltily down at the floor.

"We overrode your lock code." Ryan confessed.

"You should really change your code. I mean mother, seriously?" Katie commented. Then they all burst into laughter, ever General Wallows.

"Alright, that's enough. Ugh! Where is that Aaron?" General Wallows sighed and looked around.

"I'll be back." He told the team. General Wallows knew just where to look for Aaron. He climbed the stairs to the roof and opened the hatch. The General looked around and spotted Aaron next to the corner listening to heavy rock music. The General sighed and walked over to Aaron. Aaron looked up to see the look of disapproval on the General's face. Aaron stopped his music and sighed.

"What do you want old man." He sighed and laid back in his chair.

"I want you to train like all the others on this team!" General Wallows barked at Aaron. Aaron closed his eyes and smirked.

"Too bad I don't care." Aaron replied and turned the music back on. The General turned it back off and glared at Aaron.

"Listen you! You'd better start caring or else!" The General yelled angrily. Aaron sighed and stood to face the General. They both glared at each other and then the General started to walk away.

"Come on, you're going to show the newbie what you can do with your powers." the General commanded. Aaron rolled his eyes.

"Why?" he asked in an uncaring tone.

"Because I said so!" The General snapped. Aaron groaned and followed him down the stairs.
