Chapter nineteen:

It was strange. Willow felt like it was all a dream until she opened her eyes to see that she was trapped in a small room. She looked down and saw that her hands and feet were tied together and she was lying on the cold cement floor.

It was dark in the room except for a door with a small window. She heard someone talking. It was a man's voice and his voice was very low. Willow tried to move around but she couldn't get herself to move. It was like her body was paralyzed.

Frustrated, Willow groaned and looked back at the door. The voices had stopped and it was dead silent. Willow listened closer but she couldn't hear anything.

Suddenly the floor underneath her started to move towards the ceiling.

"AHH!" Willow screamed as she got closer to the ceiling. The ceiling to the room quickly opened up and Willow went right through it. The floor stopped moving and Willow saw an even bigger room. This room was completely empty. The walls were red and the floor was black. "Hello?" Willow called out.

A big door wooshed open and two dark figures came through. Willow couldn't see who they were, the room was so dark. "Who are you? What's going on?!" Willow tried to move again but it was useless. One of the figures clapped their hands and the room lit up. Willow could see them clearly now.

They were both men. One was tall with a scar that ran across his face. He had grey eyes and no hair exept for a little stubble on his chin. The other was the fake Ryan! "Hey! You're the guy who kidnapped me!" Willow cried angrily. She struggled to move even harder now.

"Oh, don't waste your breath. We've drugged you. You can't move..... Or use your powers." the man with the scar said. Willow stopped struggling and looked up at him.

"How did you find out about me?" Willow practically whispered. The man with a scar gave Willow an evil grin and walked slowly toward her.

"Ed, here has been spying on the base for years. We know what goes on every day." The evil man gestured toward the fake Ryan.

The fake Ryan slowly morphed back into his true form. He was a teenage boy with short blond hair and dark brown eyes. He stared at Willow and smiled. Willow glared at them.

"Who are you?" she snapped furiously at the man with the scar.

"They call me Demenshia!" He sneered and gave Willow a wicked smile.

"Let me go!" Willow screamed angrily.

"Oh my dear that is my intention." Demenshia walked up to Ed and chuckled maliciously. Willow narrowed her eyes at this sneaky remark. What was this man going to do? "You are going to fight Ed just like the other supers did and you are going to lose just like the others did!" Demenshia took out a sharp knife and cut the ropes on Willow.

"Wait what?" Willow freaked out and then the lights went out. "Really?" Willow groaned but she was kind of happy that she was regaining her ability to move.

Willow got up off of the floor and squinted. She could make out a faint outline of a man. Quickly Willow darted out of the way just as Ed leaped toward her.

Willow hid in the shadows and turned invisible. As long as she didn't make a sound Ed couldn't fine her.

"I'm terribly sorry I have to do this but you know how it is. It's just business." Ed's voice rang out from the darkness.

"You'll never be able to find me. Not as long as I'm invisible." Willow replied and continued feeling her way around the dark room.

"Oh really?" Ed came out of nowhere and kicked Willow to the ground.

"How did you-" Willow turned visible with a look of shock.

"I have powers that you can't even begin to imagine." Ed whispered in Willow's ear. Willow's eyes darted around the dark room but she couldn't see Ed anywhere.

All of a sudden Ed appeared right in front of her and kicked her down again. Willow flipped onto her back and slammed against the wall. She looked up to see Ed's figure in the dark. His eyes started to glow with a red light.

Willow didn't have to ask what that meant. She already knew that they were laser beams. Willow turned invisible and rolled right under Ed, throwing him off guard. Ed stumbled and glared angrily, looking around the dark room.

"Come out, come out where ever you are..." Ed laughed evilly. "You can't hide from me forever." He looked up at the ceiling to see Willow dangling from a pole attached to the ceiling.

She was right on top of him. Quickly Willow jumped down, knocking Ed to the floor. Ed quickly recovered and grinned ominously. "Is that all you've got?" Ed's arm stretched out toward Willow and wrapped around her waist.

"Let me go!" Willow screamed, turning visible again. Ed's eyes started to glow red again.

"Again I'm sorry for this." Ed smiled, obviously not meaning what he said.

"That's enough!" a voice boomed from the doorway. Suddenly the lights in the room went on and Ed dropped Willow to the floor without another thought.

"Oufh!" Willow collapsed to the ground and tried to catch her breath. Demenshia walked into the room with a satisfied smile. Willow looked up to see Demenshia looming over her weak body. She didn't try to run it was hopeless. Demenshia leaned in close next to Willow and sighed.

"That was just pitiful." Demenshia said, faking sympathy. Willow didn't move, she was still trying to catch her breath. "You're so weak and fragile. The weakest link in the chain." Demenshia smirked over Willow's pain. "I can make it so you're the strongest link in the chain." Demenshia leaned in closer.

Willow looked at his scarred face with disgust. "All you need to do, dear, is come work for me. As a villain. Think about it, everyone cowering at your presence. The strength you would have would be incredible! No one would call you weak ever again." Demenshia walked over to Ed and smiled with glee. "Ed here used to work for your sad excuse of a General but he wanted power."

"It would be fun to have you around. Think of the damage we could create." Ed laughed with such evil. The room fell deathly silent and Demenshia waited patiently for Willow's reply to his offer. Willow slowly got up from the floor, cringing from the pain of the fight.

"You two are the weak ones if you think that I'm going to fall for something so stupid!" Willow hissed and turned invisible. She stormed out of the large room as fast as she could.

"So be it." Demenshia stated and glanced at Ed. "You know what to do." he commanded to Ed in a creepy voice. Ed ran after Willow with a vicious glare.

Willow looked behind her and saw Ed gaining on her. She knew that there was no hiding from him even when she was invisible. Willow picked up her speed and zoomed into another room.

She slammed the door close and kept running. Ed slammed through the door like it wasn't even there and looked around the room. He couldn't pick up a heat signal from Willow anywhere. Then he noticed that the window was open.

"Clever girl." Ed muttered under his breath and jumped out the window after her.
