Jason and I helped clear away the table and put all the dirty dishes in the sink. Wordlessly, Hermie brought Jason and I upstairs to a few bedrooms. Now that I really look at him, Hermie only looked about ten or eleven years old. Hermie rubbed his eye and said "I don't know if you two want to share or if you want to have separate rooms." Hemie pointed to two doors across the hall. "Those are single rooms." Hermie pointed to the door the three of us are standing in front of. "This one has double beds."

I can never sleep alone in a new place. I don't mind if said person I'm with snores all night just as long as I know that they are in the same room. It's weird, I know. "Um, we'll share, I guess." I told Hermie and turned to Jason. "You don't mind, do you?"

Jason shook his head. "No, it's fine. I don't mind sharing." Jason pulled open the door and looked inside. "Huh, it's a nice room." I peeked in too. There's a normal sixed bed on each side of the room with a nightstand. Hermie handed me a lit candle and promptly turned away to which I presumed was his own bedroom.

I looked up and saw that Jason had already made himself at home on top of one of the beds. I shook my head slightly and walked into the room. I closed the door. I set the candle down on the nightstand and climbed into a bed. I blew out the candle. The room went pitch black and I snuggled down under the covers. It's silent for a few minutes before Jason whispered "Hey, Alexis?"

"Yeah?" I replies

"Have you remembered anything yet?" Jason whispered.

"Uh, no. Other than knowing that I live in New York, no not yet"

"Oh, okay. I hope you remember something soon" Jason said. He shifted in the dark.

"Yeah, me too" I sighed sadly. I turned over and tried to go to sleep. My eyes shot open. "Hey, Jason?"

"Yeah" came Jason's reply.

"What do I look like? You know, since I'm a complete amnestic, I mean." All this time in Lyrian and I still don't know what I look like. 'What color was my eyes? I could tell my hair was a dark brown but that's it. Nothing else.'

"Um, you have long dark brown hair, you're really pretty and you're short about 5'3 I'd say. You have three small scars around your right eye and you uh...have two different colored eyes-"

"Wait, what?!"I demand. I rub my right eye, feeling the skin around it. The skin felt uneven, distorted almost. I threw the covers back and struck a match. I lite the candle. I stumbled my way around until I got into the bathroom. I held the candle up to the mirror and opened my eyes. My right is a pale grey-blue and my left is green but with a ring of dark blue around it. I have a small crossed scar just above my right eyebrow that looks like an x. At the corner of my right eye there's a scar shaped like a perfect tiny crescent moon. Under my eye, there's a slightly larger scar that look exactly like a six pointed star.

Strangely, I didn't think the scars make me look ugly. In fact, I think they looked disturbingly beautiful, especially with my eyes. They're amazing, completely unnatural though. I stared at my reflection for a few more minutes. I have slightly wavy dark brown hair with side bangs that flops just over my right eye. (Note-she always wears her hair like the braid Katniss has in the Hunger Games)

I also have three lobe piercings on each ear and my bellybutton pierced as well. My belly ring is a dark red heart with little silver devil horns and an arrow tail. I even have a pair of angel wings tattooed on the back of my neck.
