Jake POV

"Hey Chuppy. It's been a while, hasn't it? A lot has happened since I last came to visit. After what happened, BVB took a break for a bit. But we're back up on our feet, we know that's what you would have wanted. He got a new drummer, his name is Jason. He's okay, but he's not as good as you, and definitely not as amusing. Remember the mashed potatoes? That was hilarious."

I placed the flowers gently on the stone slab, and sat down on my knees.

"He doesn't get as drunk as you either. Even I can outdrink him. He's actually pretty boring. You were infinitely more fun than him."

My face fell as I moved onto more serious topics.

"Andy's smoking a lot lately, getting more drunk, going out more. It's only to be expected after what happened really, but it's hard not to worry about him. Juliet's worried too, but I know he would never be disloyal to her. Jinxx is still Jinxx. A little quieter, still amazing on the guitar of course. I'll have to get him to come down and play for you one day. And then there's Ashley."

I sighed.

"I don't really know what to do about him. He just lays there, completely emotionless. It really affected him, Chuppy, and I don't know how I can help him. He spent weeks after what happened looking for the guy. They found him, actually, he's been sentenced to life in prison. Believe me, I wish he had a more fitting punishment."

I realised my teeth were gritted, and I unclenched my fists. 

"I miss you. A lot, probably more that you realise. I know it's pointless talking to a stone, but I like to think you can hear me. At least I can say that I love you as much as want to. I hope you miss me too."

I stood up to leave.

"Bye Chuppy. See you later."

I walked away from the grave with my head down.

I wish he was still here.

I wish he wasn't gone.
