Corbens Group's P.O.V
"Corben so we have been thinking. we should head to a better town maybe a survival group." Jaidyn said to me.
"Okay sounds like a plan but wait do you guys hear that?" I said as I crouched bellow the window.
"No AK we are doing an in and out run nothing to heavy" I heard the first voice say.
"Hands in the air guns on the ground." I said as I aimed my sniper at the man that spoke "What are your names?" I asked them both.
"My name is Daniel and this is my partner AK. Who are you?" he asked me confused.
"I am Corben. this is Sarah" I said as I pointed at Sarah "Kaden and Kenzie" I said as I pointed at Kaden and Kenzie "Cameron and Jaidyn" I said as I pointed at Cameron and Jaidyn. and finally "Ross Jordan and Shannon" I said as I pointed at those three.
"Ok Well Please to meet you I guess." Daniel said as he picked up his crossbow. "We got a group if you need anything wait. you guys need a place to stay we were just heading to this camp." the way he spoke I could tell he was scared but he was also being honest.
"Yea. sure" I said to Daniel looking at his friend AK making sure he didn't try anything.
a few hours had past and we started heading to the camp with everyone.
"So how long have you been on the road with your crew?" asked Daniel as he spit out a raw piece of chicken.
"about two years we haven't actually found a permanent base I guess." I said back to him
"Is it me or do those two naturally get along?" asked Jaime who was pointing at Charlie and Kenzie
"Apparently they do" Said Daniel and I who were still trying to continue a conversation
Kenzies P.O.V
Charlie spoke so calm and disregarding the dangers of this I couldn't help but admire him for that he cared for everyone but himself but the thing I noticed was he paid more attention to me than anyone else here.
"So Kenzie, what is your group like?" He asked me in a sincere question.
"Um they're cool I guess they are kind of different from your usual batch of people I guess." I said to him.
"Jaime. quit playing with your food." I heard Elizabeth say to Jaime trying to force herself to eat the snake Daniel had killed and cooked for us all about ten minutes ago.
"I don't know about you but I really enjoy snake what about you?" Charlie asked me as finished the last part of the snake.
"Yea so do I, It's an awesome thing to eat. I wish we got more of it to eat." I said to Charlie with puppy dog eyes hoping he would try to get me some more.
"Well good thing Daniel is a good hunter otherwise we wouldn't get any." Charlie said to me as he put his hand on my arm. "Kenzie, I know we haven't known each other for long but would you like to be my-"
His words were cut off by loud moaning sounds. and screams.
I grabbed my chain whip and took down one of the walkers that was holding onto Elizabeth.
