they never told me that
u will love someone deeply but wont be able to have them
they never fucking told me
but its ok
i will tell my daughter
and i will engrave it in her fucking brain if i have to because i dont want her to fall at the hands of any man
i dont want her to bare this pain
i dont want her to hide in misery
and i dont want her to bury her shame
i want her to be proclaimed
i want her to be confident in everything she does
but not to do anything in vain
i want her to remain positive and humble like her mother
i want her to understand thats it not only our flaws that makes us human
but having them in the first place
