Into the garden

"May!" Angel yelled from some other room. He ran to me and gave me a huge hug. "Thank you for giving her back." I could hear the growl from behind. "Don't give me attitude. You should have told me BEFORE you take her" I could feel the tension from them.

"Angel," I look to see Angel was focus on me. "I'm fine. Thank you for your concern. But everything went fine and I am alive and well." I smiled and Angel smiled too.

"I'll take my leave then." Demon said and walked out. I felt my heart tug and I thought to him to be careful. And after that he was out of the room. I'm shocked by how empty I feel.

"Come on May," Angel pulled on my arm and I follow. "I'll take you to your friends alright?" I followed keeping my mouth shut. Angel stops and turns to me, "Are you alright?" I nodded. With that he keep going.

We got to the kitchen and that's when I saw Alex and Arrow eating. They both looked up at the same time. "May," they both said at the same time. They ran up to me and hug me. "What happen?" They say. This time they looked at each other ready to kill each other.

"I was with Demon." trying to cut the tension.

"We know," they say together. The tension grow instead of shrink.

"I am fine. Nothing went wrong. Please." I looked at them trying to calm them down. They both started to relax and the tension shrink. I relax as well.

It grow silent, until Angel walk out and left me with Alex and Arrow. It was still quiet when I couldn't hear Angel foot step. We stood there waiting to see who will break the quite. Finally Arrow broke the quite and breath out. "Look let's head outside May. It's sunny and feels great outside. Alex can actually get some sleep." I looked at Alex and see the black beneath the eyes. He hasn't slept a lot.

"Okay," Arrow and I walked out into the garden in the back.

We walked into what seem to be a garden that each path had a specific flower. So at first we started at the daisy path which was fully of daisies on the side of the stone path. They seem perfect in line. No weeds, no dead flower, and no different flowers only daisies. Then we went through a path full of red roses.  After a few more passes of flowers I don't know, we finally got to the end of maze to were a forest stands.

"Forest," I said. I started to sit down on the soft grass. I hear Arrow laugh and I could feel him sit right next to me.

"Yes, a forest. What they called a werewolf home."  Arrow started to laugh again. And he breathed out and his body relax. "Let me tell you about my tribe May. I used to live in a place where wolves lived free to be how they are. In the tribe, we do all the holidays of not just humans, but wolves." I looked at him with a questionable look. "Really the only one we really celebrate is when a man or woman turns 18. But that's all we really do." He paused for a few seconds. Then he bowed his head looking like something tragic was going through his mind. "I was supposed to be alpha of the tribe until an attack on the tribe killed them all but me. I watched in horror of all the tribe being killed." My heart sink for him. I got closer to him. "I ran away after that and went to leave with the humans I've known when I was little. And well, that's where I meet you." He looked at me with eyes of joy. My heart felt warm with that. Arrow came closer to me , our faces merely inches from each other.
