Thoughts

May POV:

I just heard Demon thoughts! That shouldn't be normal not at all. I ran to my room and went right to the bed and hide my face into the pillow. I stay like that for awhile until a knock came from the door. "It's open." I look to see Arrow whom have knocked my door. Calm yourself Arrow. Don't attack don't become an animal. "Stop! Stop talking!" I start to back up into the back of the bed which cause me to fall on the floor.

You idiot! You are scaring her and now she is hurt. "I am so sorry May. You sound scared when I hear you go into your room. I just want make sure you are okay." Arrow said.

"Just go away! I can't handle this! Go!" I yelled at Arrow and with that he left without thinking about what I just said but I did feel his pain.

I went to the corner of the room and went to an fetal position and stayed there until Demon came in. I hear him telling me that it was him and he was walking to me.

"Am I a freak?" I asked him.

You are like everyone else dar-. He cut his thoughts. "May, I told Angel about your mid reading powers he will be here to teach you how to control the thoughts." I nodded then I feel the heat of Demon right next to me. I look up and saw he was sitting next to me with Houdini on his knee. "You want to pet him. He is very friendly." I laugh and started to pet the turtle.

Sorry about me tripping you and scaring Miss.

"What the! I just heard the turtle talk!" I yelled.

"That's common with people who can hear minds." I looked at the door and saw it was Angel who was talking. "Don't worry I'll help you control the power. Demon take your butt and Houdini and leave." Demon frown but left and took Houdini with him.

"Okay. Let's start by staying calm." Angel sat down across from me. "Just copy me." So I did what I was told and after learning a breathing technique he taught me to close the door in the mind. So I did and after that it seems to be calm. "Let's see if it works." After a few seconds I heard nothing, I was so happy I jump at Angel and hugged him and said thank you so many times. He laughed, "No problem. If you want to open the power you just think of opening the door and it should work." When he got up, I tried to open it. I still remembered when Daisy got that power. Ha. They react so similar. I close it up before I go more into Angel mind.

I smiled, "Thank you Angel." And with that Angel smiled and left.

Who is Daisy? Demon. I got up and went to see Demon in his room. I knock on Demon's door. Demon open the door and looked shocked but then regain his normal mode. "What's up May?"

"Can I come in?" I asked. Now Demon was showing his questioning face. But he open his door wider and let me through. I walk to the middle of the room and sat down on the floor. I heard the door click shut and Demon walked to me and sat across me. "Who is Daisy?" That's when Demon face went into shock. I unlock the door so I can hear what his mind says

"Um, be honest I know very little about this girl. How did you get her name? I know Angel won't have said- you heard his mind didn't you?" he asked. I nodded. Stupid Angel I told him not to say-. "Are you reading mine?" I panic. "Yes you are." He paused for a few seconds and went to say, "Look all I know about this girl is she stole Angel's heart, but something is blocking that. Angel was wanting it gone, but I stopped him before he killed himself or others. You know Alex's sister that was murder by me." I nodded. "It wasn't me. Alex had it right when he thought Angel did it. I took the blame, so the girl can't find him again."

"Why did Angel did that?" I asked.

"It's his dark side that took over him. Just like when I got shot. He wants to protect what he loves. Now how does Alex sister come into play I don't know." Demon told me. Don't ever get on Angel's bad side.

I nodded, "Thank you Demon."

"Now I have a question before you leave." Demon said with a grind.

"What is it?"

"I have a trip I have to go and they don't allow pets so I need to take someone who's not Angel and I was wondering if you like to go with me. I normally take Houdini cause he gives me company and someone to talk about the people I have to meet." He reach other and pet the turtle. "It is two weeks away so you can think about it if you want to."

"That would be good. Um. I mean. Um." Demon laugh

"I get what you mean May. Tell me whenever." He smiled.

I smiled back and got up and went to the door and walked out and back to my room. And I lay there until sleep took over for the whole night.
