“Come on in.” Night Angle said, “Make yourself at home.” Mr.Piggy walked in and saw Snakey hiding in the kitchen. “He’s been throwing a tantrum ever since you left, more people have died.” “I know,” Snakey said sadly, “That’s why I need to go back..” “No, you don’t.” Annabelle interrupted. “How many more people have died?” Their father asked. “A lot, maybe fifty.” Mr.Piggy said. “Fifty!” “Everyone said at the same time. “It’s been a slaughterhouse lately.” “Please, sit. I think it’s time to discuss something.” Night Angel said. Everyone took a seat, except for Snakey, who’s growling tummy could be heard from the other room. “I’m going to tell you about the Ringmaster, things that will help you.” “Alright.” Annabelle said eagerly.

“He wasn’t always an evil, heartless monster. He was a living being once, hard to believe but it’s true. There was this girl, and they were in love.” Nathan snorted at the remark. “This was a long time ago, let me remind you.” Mr.Piggy smiled. “Anyway, one day the girl just changed, she began to mock him and tease him for something, I don’t know what, but it apparently drove him to the point that he killed her and then killed himself. He dragged her to hell with him.” “How cruel.” Night Angel gasped. “Indeed so. Soon after he found out he was one of the select group of demons that can leave hell and come back as they please, so he did. What he did the first minute he was out was cruel too. He saw a family having a picnic, the normal image you’d expect. Husband, wife, a kid playing with a dog. The sight drove him mad again and he slaughtered them all.

Making the wife watch as he gored her child and husband, then shared the same fate. Then he found us.” Mr.Piggy said to Night Angel. Us and Birdman, remember, we were playing in the woods?” She nodded glumly. “Well, the rest is history. He took us in, found others and even made more for the circus he runs. Runs it just to amuse other demons like him he does.” “What?” Annabelle asked. “Didn’t you notice how half the people there looked…off?” “Oh my god.” Nathan said, realization sinking in. “Yes yes. Well, it seems to be getting late, I should be leaving.” “You can stay here if you want.” Their father said. “No no, I couldn’t possibly. Besides, Im looking for someone.” He got up then and Night Angel walked him to the door and closed it after he left. “Well, now we know what makes him tick.” Annabelle said. “Isnt that great Snakey?” She called out his name again when there came no reply. When she walked into the kitchen she saw the back door was open, and saw footprints leading out. “Snakey!” She said and began to run, following the foo prints.

Snakey collapsed on the cold ground, panting and gasping for air. “What’s happening? It hasn’t even been a day and yet the cravings have set in…” He said to himself. “You could’ve eaten the delicious walking pork chop, but you didn’t.” A voice said in his head. “Get out!” He grabbed his head. “Or all those other delicious steaks you let wander about.” “They told me about you, I know why you’re doing this!” “Good, good. Then you’ll feel my pain soon enough.” “You heartless fu-“ “Dinner’s served.” A little girl came up to Snakey just then. “Mr? Mr, are you alright? Do you need help?” Snakey looked up, hunger filling his eyes. “No…” He thought to himself. “Eat, it will make the pains go away.” “Mr?” “Im not eating her!” “Then come back home Snakey, darling, just bring the pig and the cat back with you.” “I’ll never go back!” He yelled and grabbed the little girl. She screamed in fear as she was slammed back into the ground.

Snakey didn’t look twice as his teeth ripped into the flesh of her tummy, easting all the entrails but avoiding the stomach. He stripped all the flesh off her arms and legs, tore apart her throat and savagely ate it all. He was savoring the last few bites when he heard footsteps come to a stop behind him. “Snakey! There you ar-“ The voice stopped when he turned around and let the scene in front of him show. Annabelle was staring there, mortified. “W..What have you done to her?” She saw the savage look in his eyes as he stood. “Still hungry my pet?” The voice in his head said again, “Here’s desert.” “No..” He whispered, but his body took a few steps forward. “Snakey?” Annabelle said again, her voice filled with worry and fright. “I cant… help it…”

He whispered. “What?” “Run…” He jumped at her just then and she took off back towards the house. In the faint distance she could see her father and brother running towards them. She could hear Snakeys savage pants behind her as she ran for her life. “Help!” She cried when she was sure they were close enough to hear her. It was then Snakey jumped on her and had her pinned to the ground. She could hear his stomach growl savagely as he mouth came nearer to her throat, teeth bared.
