Chapter Twenty Three

Staring at Seth, with most likely the most priceless expression of confusion spread across my face, I scrunched my eyebrows together, and reached up to rub my temples, "Wait... You saying....You....What?" I spoke, not able to form a sentence that actually made sense.

Hearing Seth's laughter fill me ears, I watched him as a smile spread across his lips, and felt my breath catch as he leaned closer to me, "You aren't making sense beautiful," Seth whispered softly, a hint of a teasing tone seeping through his words.

Shivering lightly, I cursed my bodies reaction to Seth, and closed my eyes for a moment. "Seth..." I sighed softly before speaking again, "Are you...?" I asked him quietly, not bothering to fill in the blank because I knew that if he knew what I was asking he would be completely capable of filling in the blank.

To the sound of Seth's light laughter, I felt Seth pull my body closer to his, and shivered to the feeling of his warm breath falling mere inches from my neck, "Are you asking me if the extremely attractive guy you enjoy drawing naked is also the cuddly brown wolf you also enjoy drawing?" Seth spoke barely above a whisper.

Feeling my mouth open slightly in shock, I pulled back out of his arms and just stared at him. "Excuse me, I did not draw you," I lied point blank, crossing my arms across my chest.

Seth laughed, and stepped forward closing the distance between us once more, and made sure to wrap his arms around me tightly to prevent my escape. "Corinne, lying is a bad habit to have..." Seth spoke, attempting to sound firm.
