Chapter 12

I open my eyes to Jake's face. We smile to each other.

''Hi Princess. Are you feeling better? ''

''Yes, thanks for asking.''

''We need to train you before another incident like this one happens. I know this is going to sound really weird, but we're going to train around the universe!''

I frown for what seems like a day.

He's got to be kidding. It doesn't look like he's making a joke. I ask him where we're going, ''Where are we going to train exactly?''

''At the seven wonders of the world, well there's actually nine now, including Table Mountain and the Great Wall of China.''

''What! But we'll need passports and stuff.''

He frowns and replies to my concerns.

''Um, Isabelle. We don't need any passports and stuff. We're going to the wonders in space.''

I raise my eyebrows and look at him like he has dementia or something. Space? Look , I'm aware that I am a princess, have a crush on my bodyguard, have been shot by a hybrid and am going to be trained to become a Katniss. But space ? That's just plain ridiculous and insane.

''Jake , are you sure what you're talking about?''

Jake just sighs and curses under his breath that he knew this would've happened or something like that. He takes out a camera from a bag next to my bed and holds it like a projector , screening against the wall. Suddenly pictures of weird and unknown planets pop up against the wall. He zooms in at the pictures and I think that I'm seeing towns and people. That's impossible. It's space, zero percentage of oxygen.

''Jake ? Are those real planets and people?''

''Yes, Princess. Oarif, Dwaunth, Junetis, Wrianne, Destyar, Lystischia, Inxtogyth and Qauntell. One wonder is on each of those where on these planets you'll learn different skills and qualities."

''You mean we're going to space! But we can't survive out there .''
