There is something you guys should know before starting the chapter---- Remember in the first book how I said Elizabeth was a demon? Forget that. xD Because aparrently I did. So yeah, my mistake. She is a HUMAN. PSA over. Hope you guys understand cx.

Lizzy's P.O.V.

After talking, I was exhausted emotionally. We were lying down now, my head on his chest and his arms around me. I watched him.

His eyes were closed and his arms held me in his arms. I smiled faintly as I watched him. My marriage with Ciel has been hell lately, absolute hell. So this is amazing, I felt overwhelmed by happiness.

I felt my smile grown wider. "I love you, Ciel." I pressed my lips on his cheek. I stroked his hair, pushing it away from his eyes. I sighed and snuggled up to him. Gosh. Am I weirdo? I felt myself blush.

It still scares me sometimes, the fact that he's a demon and so is my child. Ciel and I have discussed turning me into one but it is terrifying. Though, isn't it amazing that I could spend all send eternity with him? Still, being a demon.?

I don't want to think about that anymore. I shut my eyes and allowed myself to drift off into sleep.

My eyes fluttered opened and I realized I was alone in bed. I sat up, and looked around the room. I saw a note on the bedside table and picked it up.

Dear Lizzy,
I went into the town to fetch us some sweet and sugary breakfast. I cannot cook at all and I did not want to wake you. I will be back soon. Meet me in the living room area of our hotel room when you are done. I won't be gone for long.

-Love, Ciel.

I felt my heart jump and I smiled. I left the bed and headed into to the bath. Our hotel room was huge and I loved it.

"I don't know how you can stand that, tea is my best friend." He said, referring to my choice of drink.

We sat together and ate our cupcakes, a bit sugary for my taste but Ciel seemed to enjoy it. "What would you like to do today as our first day in Italy?" He asked as I took a sip of my bitter sweet coffee.

"I know this might defeat the purpose of being here, but let's stay in. It looks like it might rain." I replied, sipping more of my hot beverage.

"That actually sounds nice. We could order room service and just stay in all day?" I was happy at his response and nodded once.

"Tomorrow we can go explore. Today, we just spend time together." I added in. "Though, we can go out to dinner or lunch perhaps? I don't want to stay cooped out the entire day."

"Lunch sounds fine." He agreed. I smiled and finished the chocolate treat.

Ciel pulled out my chair and I took a seat, thanking him. I found it sweet. Ciel and I are not back to normal. No marriage is fixed overnight but we are willing to try. I love him and he loves me and we are going to make things work. Spending time together will help us reconnect.

"How's work?" Ciel asked me, skimming through the menu. "Are you giving it up to Edward as you said?"

"Yes, I am going to hand my position to him. I have decided to become a wedding planner." I admitted, it's something I have been wanting to do since my own wedding.

He looked up at me and he broke a smile and raised a brow. I almost laughed. He looked.. Cute. "Really? That sounds like it would be nice for you."

"Yes, it really interests me. I was going to tell you next month when I started, but I already have a gig." I smiled back.

"May I take your order?" A lean and tall man asked us. I was relieved to see he spoke English. I don't know a bit of Italian, I believe Ciel is fluent though.

"Yes. I'll have the Parmesan pasta." Ciel answered as he closed his menu before handing it over. "And... A glass of water."

"I'll have the same." I followed his actions and gave the waiter a smile. He jotted it down and left.

"How's work?" It was my turn to ask. I am actually quite curios on what him and Tatiana are up to..

"It's going well. Tatiana and I are undercover as a married couple on their honeymoon. Young women are being murdered at that hotel and we are waiting to see if anything happens to her." He explained. "It's odd. We had to purchase fake wedding rings. I don't like taking off my real one."

I rolled my eyes but smiled. "Oh. Be careful, alright?" He gave me a nod. This was sweet to me, this whole date. The waiter brought the meal and we began to eat.

"I will be. I know it worries you that I'm working with Tatiana. Don't worry, alright? When our romantic relationship began she was around the age of twelve. I know I don't say it enough but.." he took a pause and put his eyes on his silverware then to me.

"I love you and you're the most beautiful woman I have ever met, and keep in mind I have known you my whole life." I felt tears in my eyes but I let out a laugh. I honestly didn't know what to say.

I saw his face grow slightly red and he glanced away. "See? You shouldn't be speechless when I say something like that. I should say it more often." I shook my head.

"It's fine, Ciel. Neither of us have been very romantic lately." We ate while making some small talk until I finished, a while after him. "Come on. Let's head to the hotel?" He suggested after a few minutes of being finished.

I gve him a nod and took a final sip of my water. He slipped the money into the check that we had received moments ago and I tipped the waiter.

I took his hand and intertwined our fingers together, he looked at me and I grinned. In return, the side of his mouth twitched in an almost smile.

We headed out and walked hand in hand. "Ciel, tomorrow, wake me up or wait for me? I don't like waking up alone." It's true, I hate it. Ever since the incident, one of us would always wake up earlier and just leave.

Neither of us would even wake up when the other was gone, or at least we had never said anything. We slept under different blankets and didn't face one another.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't-" I cut him off. Nope, not letting him apologize.

"It's fine." I gave his hand a squeeze.

"Okay." He seemed serious and soon enough, we arrived to the hotel.

*****
It was dinner time now and we had ordered more pasta and wine. We had killed time by reading and talking.

Once our food came, we sat at a small dining table that was in the hotel, big enough for two. "It's red wine." Ciel announced with a frown. "We should have been more specific. I can send for a white whine or champagne? He knew his much I hated red wine. Ciel loved the taste. Similar to how I love coffee and he hates it.

"It will do. If it's too unbearable we can order something else? Just enjoy it." He gave me a nod and we ate our meal.
