Chapter 12

"Excuse me, but do I know you?" I asked the strange man. He looks vaguely if I knew him. I remember that face, but he was wearing different outfit. And looked less serious.

"Maru, It's me, don't you remember?" He said shaking my shoulders. "No, am I supposed too?" I asked, he started tearing up. I grabbed his face and my hands made his mouth into a smile. It's him.

*Flashback*

"Otuo-San, pass it too me!!" I said. Otuo is super nice, he taught me how to fly a bit. He is flying right now with me. "Here, catch!" I caught the ball. "Ok, enough. Now get down and have snacks." Oka-San said.

We went down and smiled to the muffins and juice. "Arigato, Oka! " I said with my mouth full of chocolate muffin pieces. " I smiled. Otuo smiled also. Then all of sudden my parents faces turned dark, "Oka , Otou, something wrong?" I asked. They just shook their head.

"Ok, Goldie, lets take a nap?" Otou said. I nodded. We went inside our small cottage and into my pink bed. "Ok, I will tell you a story. Once upon a time, there was a princess with long locks of gold," he played with my hair and I giggled. "And king and queen on dark and light, one day they well were having a nice time outside. But something happened." He ended. I looked at him confused.

"Maru, Have a good rest." He kissed my forehead and I fell asleep. As soon as I woke up I saw a note on my nightstand with a tree on it.

I opened the letter and it was fathers writing,
'Dear Maru,
I love you, and I love your mother, but I have to leave. I must do this to protect you. There are far more powerful than your mother and I. I hope you have a good life, we will see each other soon.

Goodbye,
Zeref, your father'

I cried for a week. Until that my mom left me on my own. '

*Flashback Ended*

"Otou-San, you came back." I cried. He smiled and we hugged. I am reunited with my family again.
