*Farie's POV*

As Lukan leaves, I turn around to attempt to hide my tears, when I see my mother talking to his grandmother with a disappointed look on my mother's face.

"What's wrong, mom?" I ask her.

"Oh. Nothing, dear," she replies.

Sure, it's obviously nothing. I think sarcastically to myself. You've never kept a secret from me. (That's a lie). My mother never really cared much about me, let alone my boyfriend, so why did she look disappointed after talking with Lukan's grandmother? Whatever, I think and decide to go home, or to Tori's house, I don't actually know yet. All I know is that I need to be somewhere other than here, where so many good memories were made and would never be seen from the inside by me ever again.

"Dammit" I said as I walk away from the house of memories, still trying to suppress tears. I walk up to Mati's house and knock on the door and she answers, seeing me on the brink of tears she embraces me and I just let go, allowing myself to cry the tears I have been suppressing for over an hour.

*Lukanś POV*

I stare out of the truckś dingy window sadly, the entire time thinking about my liebling, Farie. She was probably at Mati's or Sam's house, crying her eyes out, while I'm sitting here with Krieg, who would whip me half to death if I even emitted the smallest whimper.

Dammit, why couldn't I just move back in with Opa and Oma like when Mama first met you, Arschloch.

¨Y'all're probably askin' yerself why y'all couldn' move with yer grandparents, Ain't ya'¨, said Krieg casually

¨Not really. At least, not as much as you would be thinking, Krieg.¨

Dammit, can he read my mind or something?!

¨Well, y'all was lookin' outta that there winda fer over 2 hours¨

¨Wow, 2 whole hours, such a long time to be thinking" I replied sarcastically.

"It migh' not be fer' y'all, but a lot o' folks would."

"Whatever. Can we just be quiet until we get to tonight's stop." I said with a tone that clearly said 'STFU'

*Lukan's POV*

We arrive at the hotel for that night and Krieg leaves to go check in.

Gudar Javla Fan Naffitta Helvette Naffitta Fan! I let out a slur of Swedish Curses as Krieg finally leaves. Just then, I notice my half-sister, Wieren, looking at me with one ear to the side and the other perked. I had forgotten that she was in the truck with us, she must have been woken by my Swedish.

"Sorry, Wy," I said, "I didn't mean to wake you."

"Issokay." She replied groggily.

I smiled faintly and returned to sit in my seat and just then, Krieg opens the driver door and climbs up into his seat, causing the truck to shake from the force of his step.

"'Kay, we're over in tha' room righ' over there. We're jus' gonna go in, eat our food, and hit the hay. We got 'bout 10 hours o' drivin' ahead o' us in the mornin', best get yer sleep while ya can."

At that final comment. We parked the truck, walked inside the room to eat, and got into bed.
