I have absolutely no hate against any topics that the main character(s) disregard. This is just how I picture the character(s) and their personalities. No hate to anything. Thanks! Enjoy!
I can't stand the sound of people. It's just so aggravating. The sound of hundreds of shoes tapping and clicking against the tile floor of the school, it's annoying. It rings in my ears, bouncing around my brain like a bunch of jitterbugs that can't stop moving. I'm just glad this is my last year of having to deal with it, thank god.
I slam my navy blue locker shut with my black drawstring backpack on my back. The slamming of lockers just adds to the annoying sounds of high school. Slam-click, tap-tap, slam-click, tap-tap. Oh god just kill me now.
I rub the side of my temples with my index and middle finger, trying to get rid of my pulsating migraine. This always happens. The first five minutes of the migraines are always the worst. First it's the small throb, then it's the piercing behind the eyes, and last it's the dizziness with black spots clouding my vision. Ugh.
I normally try and keep the migraines to myself because it kind of ruins the look. I mean, the hardcore badass gets migraines from the little annoying sounds of high school, embarrassing right. But obviously I didn't keep it discreet enough. And I know it sounds like I'm egoistic and all but I'm really just concerned for the good of others. Ok, maybe I'm a little egoistic but I can't stand it when people think I'm weak or need someone to hold me up. I can hold myself just fine, and even if I did need someone, that's why I have Lily or Lil for short. She hates being called Lilian, which is her actual name; Lily and Lil are just nicknames.
She's basically my best friend. I trust her with almost everything, key word being almost. She knows about everything that's happened, every dirty secret straight down to the bone. The hardcore truth and she's helped me through it all. I can go to her for almost everything. Everything except for the most important thing, when I'm hurting. That's when it gets bad and I don't ever want people to see me like that, because that's just more pain for other people to deal with. But she doesn't know that I don't tell her and I'd like to keep it that way. She helps me with my problems and in turn, I help with hers. It's an understanding relationship.
Just like how she understands when I pull my pranks. She doesn't question it, she just gets mad at me for a second and then laughs along with me afterwards. Of course, I never involve her with my 'childish stunts' as the teachers call them. She's too innocent, sort of. I mean it's mostly her reputation and complexion that I spare. The girl's got it all for god's sake.
She's a perfect height of 5'8 with flawless olive skin. Her caramel hair falls just past her shoulders in straight layers. Her eyes are a stunning green that lights up when they hit the sunlight just right. And if you think her outer looks aren't perfect enough, just wait till you get a load of her personality. The girl has a brain like no other, she loves her camera, and when I say love I mean love. She takes the damn thing everywhere I swear. She's also super funny with an adorable laugh that is just so... adorable. Plus, she's kind and cares a lot about the important people in her life. Speaking of...
"Hey, Max? You ok?" She asks, setting a hand on my maroon leather jacket. The look she gives me is of pure concern. Her eyebrows fold together and her eyes seem to analyze a person's feelings whenever they show a change in facial feature. It's kind of strange, but nice.
"I'm fine, Lil. And remember" I plucked her purple fingertips off my shoulder, "No touching the jacket. You'll get dirt on it or something."
She rolled her eyes and lightly nudged me in the shoulder. "Oh shut up, Miss drama queen."
I scowled back playfully. "Blech. Drama is so stupid. I mean all those losers do is just act like their mad or sad or love-struck." I said the last words while holding my chest and looking up at the ceiling.
